Yes, we are. However, we are only doing it in secret. Covorus, an ardent anti-communist state, is against the possibility of anarcho-syndicalist forces from overrunning another country. Though, it does not outright condone the actions of The Black Party's authoritarian regime. Thus, the Federal Republic wishes to send military operatives and supplies to help build up a counter-revolutionary faction which is similar in ideology to Covorus.

Basically, like how America wants to spread freedom and democracy for all, Covorus wants to attempt to create an allied state of similar ideology. Probably gonna mess up, probably gonna have some serious power vacuums created... but that's just insurgency and counter-insurgency for you.

Oh, I haven't even started with most of what I have planned. Just saying And I did attempt to assist citizens of the Black Party. Those weapons were meant for different people but we gave them to the citizen defense force.
