The Emir lands in International Airport, II District, Forums City. The Emir was too busy in the past few days. His ungrateful nephew was getting coronated as Sultan of ar-Reef [Shamsid] far away, going against the family's custom of never taking the title of Sultan. The region was going through elections and he had lost. His allies left him to fend a deadlock. He had taken over the duty of getting the PM-elect's coronation done. The Emir had got an Indian Sinhasan [Throne], an Arabic Sayf [Sword], a Turkish Kaftan [Robe], Persian Taj [Crown] and a German Stab [Staff] built for the PM-elect. The title of the PM will be:
