Deutschess Kaiserreich and Allanea, have you guys used nukes in RPs? I could only imagine Allanea using nukes and using them well.

In my lore yes. It was used by the Russians to destroy a rear echelon division in Volgograd that was preventing a river crossing but in RP's no.

If they are working closely with you OOC to help further your plan for the story then it shouldn't be a problem. Otherwise don't let randoms use nukes in your RPs.

I agree with Vanquaria. If you're interested in allowing nukes in your civil war RP, I would set ground rules.

And, as OP you can restrict nukes until there's a point in the story where you think they are suitable.

Also as OP you have the privilege of veto'ing the use of nukes if it's not suitable.
