IC: Wells' speech happens in the Iranian Parliament, with every PM, President Ahmed, and the Shahanshah being present. It is being broadcast live all around Iran. President Ahmed stands up and responds to President Wells:

"We thank you for your remarks on our nation. While we will decline the Bridge of the Horns in order to allow ships through the Persian Gulf, your other offers are very beneficial for the people of this region and I support them coming to pass. I would be very happy to join hands with the Asia-Pacific Union and start a mutually beneficial partnership between our peoples. Parliament, what say you?"

Most MPs are supportive of partnership with the APU. Iran has much income inequality and this deal could help bring prosperity to all. However, the idea of building solar panels is pretty controversial, because while some MPs support the renewable energy, other MPs feel that Iran should focus on oil (in Iran, the oil vs renewable debate is a hot button issue because many people want to save the environment but the Gulf economies are built on oil). President Ahmed supports the solar panels.

After parliamentary discussion, the Shahanshah announces the consesus:

"We, the people of Iran, hereby support building frienship and partnership between Iran and the Asia-Pacific Union. The debate on the solar panels was rather...fiery...but we support building those along with the other objectives you have proposed."

The Shahanshah stretches out his arm to shake hands with President Wells. Many IOGA funded MPs are flustered about this, though they are outnumbered by IFRES funded MPs.

Caleon, not sure what to do with a government that is doing absolutely nothing, has the second division of the CAF charge into Slovakia 5 days after declaring war with no response. 3 days pass, and the CAF, both divisions, united, has reached Bratislava, again. Throughout this trip, the CAF has not managed to fire a single shot with intention.

In Bratislava, the CAF sees a perfectly "normal" city. By "normal" I mean that the entire city is in anarchy, and internal chaos has ravaged the city. An entire week passes, and the CAF sees absolutely nothing across a 100 kilometer radius. The troops start to get bored and antsy, so they sack the city without the Caleonian government's permission. After this, they carry on, and in 2 days, still without firing a shot, reach the modern-day Ukranian border, The CAF is starting to get confused, and swear that the Helkans are running. But then they realize that the Helkans have nowhere to go besides Russia, which is, well, iffy.

Our plans are to rebuild infrastructure in the region, strive for better cultural unity and peace on the island, and begin reforestation, helping to decrease climate change. A rather less important facet is that of protecting vessels which pass through the South China Sea. As piracy was once a severe problem in Malaysia, and we depend on maritime trade passing safely through the area, we hope for such a difficulty not to arise again. The transition between our nation's could be a slow one, to allow for economic adjustment.

The Tsarist Party has most of the representation; a majority in parliament. The Tsarist Party is lead by the Tsar (Ekaterina); who has almost all the total power of Akatia. She is the face of Akatia but of the Tsarists party as well.

"Ekaterina has almost all the total power for the nation of Akatia. Since she has this much power a lot of responsibility for this war and the deaths of British soldiers fall upon her ultimately. Some good information but nothing new."

Pearson thinks to himself. This hits too close to home. I lead a super majority in the Canadian Parliament. I am the face of Canada and the face of the Conservative Party. Although, to give Canada some credit we are a bigger democracy than Akatia. We hold daily referendums and in theory the people of Canada are the true leaders of Canada, but still, at face value Canada and Akatia both have two people that are the faces of the party and the nation. Myself and Ekaterina.

Ekaterina took an oath when she became a Tsar, in addition to the typical oath that all the Tsars perform, she made another oath in which she affirmed that she was willing to sacrifice herself if Akatia fell.

"Here we go, she took an oath to protect Akatia to death basically. She's trying to protect her nation by killing every British soldier without mercy. That explains why she was in a ripped of Leopard 2 tank fighting on the front lines. Quickly, put that in the evidence pile" says Rob Goodale. Ekaterina is very different with Akatians in comparison with the foreigners . She is warm, funny and respectful, she likes to talk and exchange ideas but with foreigners. she shows herself as a strong person, capable of embracing with the whole world.

Akatians usually talk about Ekaterina as if she were her savior, they define her as "A perfect leader", as a leader with enough courage to deliver her life for Akatia. The Tsar Ekaterina Achaga can walk through the streets of the Oblast of Odessa with the peace of mind that no one will harm her, in fact the people who live in the capital usually walk across it. There are rumors that Ekaterina sometimes uses the military high command as an "emotional boxing bag" in order to retaliate her emotions, but it is not confirmed.

Ekaterina's hero is his father. Since childhood, Ekaterina has always seen her father as the best, as an incomparable person, as an example to follow. She has never stopped seeing her father like that, for her, he is the light of her eyes. The high military commanders of Akatia usually maintain a close contact with Ekaterina, as if in addition to being companions, they were friends. She is a very intelligent military strategist and as if that were not enough, she is supervised and advised by the military high command in order to perfect her skills as a strategist.

"From the last meeting we learned her father stepped down as Tsar to give it to his daughter, Ekaterina. Now we don't have much information now but it seems like her father was a big influence. Whatever ideas the father had went down to her. Bad parenting I must say. The military commanders also have close contact with her, almost like friends eh? There seems to be a trend. Potentially Ekaterina is being influenced left and right by the military. Could it be she has no power at all and she is just a puppet? "

Akatian Events:

Ekaterina usually participates in important events for Akatia as a spectator. She attends all military commemorations and also attends all tributes. Since Hypron decided to bomb Akatia, Ekaterina usually attends with some comrades of the military high command to grant a minute of silence to the civilians who died in the bombings.

Ekaterina occasionally stars in Akatia events. The biggest event she did, was a speech, this event is known by the Akatians as "The Warrior's Hymn" and it was a speech in which Ekaterina explained the story of the greatest heroes of Akatia to finally finish her speech by saying the words "We are the warriors of the South !, We fight for the honor of our families and OUR NATION !, TO RETURN TO OUR HOMES, BEING HEROES WILLING TO DIE FOR OUR BROTHERS !, TO FIGHT AND DIE IF IT IS NECESSARY!".

Also, I'll be changing the date you set in that post from October 2nd to September 2nd because last time, you set the date at mid-August and I think August to October is too big of a leap relative to the events that have happened since the last time you set the date.

Leopard 3 Tank Development

Canada continues to make strives in it's new tank development. Materials have been tested and procured. Amour has been tested and approved. Final Design selections are being processed.

Once the final design is selected, manufacturing shall begin and Canada should have a new tank to present to the world in the near future.

Iranian ships launch from Turkey and Egypt. The Turkish ships sail South, while the Egyptian ships sail to Israel.

The Israeli resistance continues with the aim to reclaim the land that belonged to Israel before Iran invaded it. They take over the Israeli Southern District and Area C of the West Bank, while combining West and East Jerusalem into a united Jerusalem. Israel starts using the Jerusalem government buildings again.

They release a statement stating that united Jerusalem is the capital of Israel. They ask that the international community recognizes their sovereignty. They also ask to establish embassies and alliances with others. Israel contacts its preexisting embassies, where Israeli diplomats hid while Israel was occupied, and tell them to resume normal diplomatic activities now that Israel is restored. They state that the Jews deserve a homeland and that Israel is the only place in the world where the security of the Jewish people is guaranteed.

Iran, realizing the Gaza Strip is not controlled by Israel yet, start setting up bases in Gaza. The Iranian government is extremely worried. Israel is far from the only ethnic conflict in Iran, but what makes it different is the high amount of coverage the Israeli-Palestinian conflict got compared to other conflicts in the world. If the Israeli rebellion succeeds, it will embolden others to revolt...

Equatorial Guinea has blocked major social media to prevent the organisation of protests. Spain immediately calls upon them to stop, as it breaches Article 21 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights - specifically:

Iranian ships launch from Turkey and Egypt. The Turkish ships sail South, while the Egyptian ships sail to Israel.

The Israeli resistance continues with the aim to reclaim the land that belonged to Israel before Iran invaded it. They take over the Israeli Southern District and Area C of the West Bank, while combining West and East Jerusalem into a united Jerusalem. Israel starts using the Jerusalem government buildings again.

They release a statement stating that united Jerusalem is the capital of Israel. They ask that the international community recognizes their sovereignty. They also ask to establish embassies and alliances with others. Israel contacts its preexisting embassies, where Israeli diplomats hid while Israel was ''occupied, and tell them to resume normal diplomatic activities now that Israel is restored. They state that the Jews deserve a homeland and that Israel is the only place in the world where the security of the Jewish people is guaranteed.

Iran, realizing the Gaza Strip is not controlled by Israel yet, start setting up bases in Gaza. The Iranian government is extremely worried. Israel is far from the only ethnic conflict in Iran, but what makes it different is the high amount of coverage the Israeli-Palestinian conflict got compared to other conflicts in the world. If the Israeli rebellion succeeds, it will embolden others to revolt...

The Turkish ships land at Cyprus due to its strategic location near the Levant.

This operation will be complicated due to the Cyprus dispute. In 1974, Turkey had invaded the Northern part of Cyprus and in 1983, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus was declared. Turkey was Northern Cyprus's biggest ally.

When Iran annexed Turkey, however, the Turkish government fled to Northern Cyprus, after which the Turkish government-in-exile and Northern Cyprus declared war on Iran. This means Northern Cyprus is not a viable ally for Iran.

However, the internationally recognized Republic of Cyprus is also not a viable ally. Just like the TRNC, the ROC wants to unify the island under its control but does not want to be a protectorate of Iran.

Iranian officials had discussed this beforehand and they thought of a solution.

As they landed on the Northern Coast of Cyprus, they announced that they want to facilitate a peaceful resolution of the Cyprus dispute. They want the TRNC and ROC to meet in Nicosia so they can negotiate the unification of the island. Iran will help create a Cypriot government that will work for the Cypriot people, though it will remain an Iranian protectorate. This way, Cypriot livelihoods will be improved and Iran will hold a strategic area.

As for the Turkish government-in-exile, negotiations with them will also be held in Nicosia, though it will be separate from the Cyprus unification negotiations.
