They should be able to reach Mars in about 4.5 months.

Really good intro for the RP, but a floating city is too futuristic for this RP. This RP is Modern and Postmodern Tech, which means that even though it is more advanced than the present, it is not quite futuristic.

Aren't most of those in the USA? Spain was proposing more of an international one - four from the Americas, six from Europe, eight from Asia and the Middle East and two from Oceania, for example (although those are just arbitrary values).
