I will say this: I don't want things to be TOO CLEAR. I have deliberately made this story to have human messiness in it. if, for instance, Morenburg or someone wanted to push for war, it would have to be because their policies led to it, not because New Edom turned out to be deliberately sacrificing children to Moloch. What u like about this game is the possibility of depicting real life style political tensions with creative license.

I have to say that I think that's an absolutely excellent way of going about things. It's brilliant for developing people's Foreign Policy and, personally, has really allowed me to explore how the Vionna-Frankenlischian Government reacts to crises abroad. (hint: not very well apparently)

I second this. Homofront in New Edom would only have a few thousand members at most, but more likely only a couple of hundred considering the nature of their warfare.

If I remember correctly, Spartan Legion had around 200 members when Homofront was first announced in 2016.

To be frank, vast majority of people here overestimate what Homofront can, and can't do.

Truth is, there is no "Homofront" as an organization. It's a network of isolated cells and one wolves that has no real command & control structure; let alone being an unitary organization, as even suicidal teens that shoot up schools will label themselves "Homofront" just to gain attention.

Pay in mind that most of Homofront's terror attacks were carried out by small cells that rarely numbered more than five people.

Due to modern decentralized circulation of information, however, Homofront is able to punch way above it's weight. Media will always focus on most thrill - gripping events, and Homofront is always willing to deliver that - even when most of their attacks are symbolic in nature rather than being capable of causing any major harm to the state's ability to function.

finally posted my response to New Edom. Basically if I wasn't clear enough, the Ambassador is trying to give Jeremiah and the Edomites his permission to simply refuse to leave, essentially taking over/occupying the embassy so that he will be able to secretly allow them to stay while publicly obeying the Ruvian government and giving in to New Edom's request, blaming the protesters themselves for why they are still there when the deadline passes, and arguing that there is nothing he or Ru can do about it. Ru is likely to believe his deception, because I don't see any reason how or why it wouldn't.

I agree with this. Hate to say it because they seem to be putting alot of effort into what they are writing, but english does not appear to be their first language and they come across to me as being quite a bit in over their head. Their posts could also be very disruptive to the rest of the RP if taken seriously. I'm surprised New Edom hasn't decided to do those things already. More patient then I would have been.

Well the thing is is that Edom has tried to get ahold of them and they're simply refusing to respond. Edom and now I have made it clear (by name even) that we wont tolerate nations just trying to land "peacekeepers" like they own the place; any sensible nation would be upset, but a capable nation would also have the means to disrupt such actions. The only thing left we can do is ban them from the thread, which I at least am not in favor of yet since they haven't broken a thread rule yet. So honestly I think the only thing left besides the whole banning thing is to let the chickens come home to roost until they prove the break a rule, or Edom simply wants them out.
