Mesdon is currently the player for the US and yes he has said over and over again that he is busy but it has been too long. Let's give the US to the more active nation that has requested it.

Perhaps we can discuss this in telegrams, but please include yourself, Mersdon, Fdryden, the two mods, and I in the tg.

The first act of this democratic government led by Alexandra Cortez was to abolish the electoral college and adopt a System more like Canada and the United Kingdom.
Now, the USA is still majority democrat, however Republicans are making a comeback. Now, the amount of shootings have significantly decreased, America has universal healthcare, and open borders. OOC: basically 2019 Canada.

The United States of 2031 is basically the Canada of 2019.
And the actual Canada of 2031 threw out most of the Trudeau era policies implemented from 2019 IRL except for the legal cannabis.
The 2031 Canada is more Conservative* than the 2019 one. The 2031 United States is more Liberal than the 2019 one.
*By more Conservative I mean "Conservative" in Canadian standards. Canadian Conservatism is still pretty Liberal to American Conservatism.
It seems like the two nations have flipped somewhat.
Canada did not steal Alaska from you. It was rightfully handed over by the previous American administration before your new administration got elected.

So have I been approved? So I guess all the previous administrations mistakes haven’t been fixed then

Independant Canada wrote:After much consideration the Government of Canada had opened up a contest for one lucky Canadian to travel with the Prime Minister for the week long trip to Spain. This move was labeled as something "For the People!" Although it only benefits one person and the lottery ticket costs 10 dollars per person. Millions of people have entered the contest wanting to win. Each person who enters goes through and extensive security check for the safety of all parties involved.
Once the contest/lottery closed it was concluded that 10 million Canadians paid the 10 dollars to enter. 100,000,000 million dollars were generated in profits that went to the Government of Canada. Critics are saying this is the largest cash grab in Canadian history! And one of the largest cash grabs in world history as well!
A vocal minority are distraught at this news they couldn't believe the Canadian government had went to such a low. Most of the Canadian people were fine with this because they knew taxes were going to be lowered which did happen. The people of Canada still look forward to the day when Canada becomes the largest tax haven on Earth as promised by the Conservative Party and Prime Minister Stephen Pearson.
The winner of the contest will be announced soon.(Image)
