Spain is trying to turn Canada into a monarchy while Stephen Pearson was in a coma. Their intention is to make Major-General Tanya Von Degurechaff of the Canadian military, Queen Tanya I of Canada. She also happens to be a distant cousin of Ekaterina herself which I made cannon. Pearson escaped from Spain and now is in Miami heading up to Ottawa with the help of good old Gerald Hawks himself to stop the lunacy thats going to happen.

Canada. I maintain a naval base there, and I'm also the other 1/3 of the police controlling Ottawa with a huge garrison. And I have enough troops for my purposes.
