Bulgest slaves were sent to Gulagian Empire and to the KaterZak empire.

I see that you're new to NationStates.

It would be great if you take a look at this thread before proceeding further on these forums.

I'm sure you can see that your OP can be improved in several ways.

Two that I can name off-hand:

1. It's considered to be the worst of form, on NS, to make any claims as to what happens to another player's characters or resources (say, the city of Zulflex) without their consent. It's entirely within the player's right to ignore your attack altogether, of course (ignore this, of course, if Bulgest actually is also yours).

2. It would be better to have more detail about this war. Why is all this happening?
