Port Ember: Hyper capitalist. Government is literally a conglomorate of corporations. So no real foreign ambition or ideals. Just money. Always more money. And then some more money.

The Fight for Terra
Specially created for nations of the Ashmore Independence Conflict

After nations of the recent Ashmore Independence Conflict suggested for a new RP, the nation of Lightia has set up a new RP, the Fight for Terra, as a replacement role play for the past RP(s)

Nations who did not participate in the Ashmore Independence Conflict are allowed to join the Fight for Terra role play. However, some nations’ applications may be rejected due to the fact this role play was reserved for the nations of the previous role play.

In the year 2136, nations merge to create larger nations, after rising tensions between alliances. Tensions arise between nations mainly because they, for decades, have been disputing on humanity’s next leap: Discovering the outer space, or focus on fixing the Earth’s environment. Renewable energy? Or reliance on fossil fuels until the day we migrate to other planets? A major ban on religion, or is it just a huge bullying issue the Atheists are handling? Is Christianity stopping science, or is it world issues like racism, and sexism?

To stop the issue, nations now say there must only be one ideology left surviving. With that, nations clash together in a fight. Even neutral-feeling Nations have been attacked and have been forced to conscript into the war.

What will you do to make things go your way? And how far will you go? Test your powers and put them to the skill in The Fight for Terra.

SIGNUP RULES
To keep everything in order and fair, I have labeled rules for the application phase:
1 Population must be below 4 billion.
2 Active troops can only go as high as 20 million.
3 Reserved troops can only go as high as 15 million.
4 Tech Level can only go as high as PMT (PostModern Tech) and as low as MT (Modern Tech).

IC RULES
To keep everything fair and suitable for all nations, there will be rules for when IC.
1 Respect. Respect every nation’s decisions for a battle. Every nation has the right to make their own actions and no other nations can control others actions, unless there is a permission. Every nation has the right to rebel from any alliance made. All actions by nations should be respected and recognised by others unless a nation is...
2 Godmodding. Godmodding is a huge no-no to all nations whether a nation has an influence on other nations whether through IC or through the game forums, an overwhelming amount of men in the military and/or because of its ideologies. Godmodding acts include that of immortality, and doing the ‘impossible’ to make everything their way.
3 Have fun. It’s just a role play. If you lose in this one, it’s no excuse to shout and threaten a nation for destroying them. Unless they were godmodding, you have no rights to be a sore loser in a role play. There’s always a chance for everyone to win and to lose. Maybe it’s time you lost, but you’ll win again.

Rustonia — My idea for the Terra is to transform the population to a scientifically advanced and secular society. I am willing to work with other nations who share similar ideals to hopefully bring logic and reason to light and disband traditional religious practices that put us in darkness.
