I think what he means by someone to take care of stuff while you're away is a Co-OP.
You can simply appoint one from one of the RP participants.

Was thinking that too till he mentioned a famous RP mod. I’ve already considered Port Ember as my Co-OP, if thy’s Okay with it.

Yeah I didn't mean an actual mod, I just meant a Co-OP participant to help keep order when you're away.

Both of you seem quite active. And because I show no favoruitism, so if you’re both okay with it, I’ll be down to appoint both of you as Co-OPs.

The IC will start now. At this point, only one nation has tagged and i’ll wait until tomorrow, or to be precise, I’ll wait for 19 more hours. The summit will start immediately.

Nope. Actually, the peacetime here is defined on how long the summit lasts — Once it’s over, nations can start their expansion.

You honor me! I would have to decline this honor unfortunately. This is only my 2nd RP and my first one; as you know was a bloodbath of chaos. This seems more structured. Id just droen in my duty. I will learn on this RP, and be ready for the next time.. sorry for that buddy
