Our territories is basically the snow tiles in Civ 5, and unless you're playing as the Inuits, you're better off having large tracts of land.

Ruskland, your territory was too big. I’ve adjusted it to claim just over half of the Northern Ice Sheet. If you’ve heard of the Mercator Projection, the map for Terra works in a similar way. So countries to the north and south look bigger than they appear.

Do note that at this point Black Party is as big as Ruskland.
