The Federal Republic of Zeppy is known for its staunch non-interventionism and distrust of defense alliances. As such, the Federal Republic of Zeppy does not support the Charter due to the "Articles of the Defense and Structure Thereby of the Joint Operational Military Forces Contracted By This Charter To the Member States of the Global Democratic Federation"."

Our grand Republic does favor all the economic observations in the charter and would like to apply to observer status.

The Empire of Saviyn is happy to note that is has been accepted, as "Observer", into the GDF Alliance. It is indeed a matter of immense pleasure and pride for Saviyn.
We assure you of our sincere efforts in all future endeavours, and our best efforts in maintaining the supremity of The GDF Alliance.
