Founding Statement
We the sovereign nations of the world that believe in peace, liberty, sovereignty and security, do establish the Global Democratic Federation to make it known that we stand for and ensure security and liberty for our people, nation and posterity. Be it known that the Global Democratic Federation is opposed to governments that seek to control and exploit the people of their country for the government's own gain. We seek to provide a common purpose and provide for the stability of our great nation's people.
We establish this international organization on the principle of democracy, so that it is known that no government is put above the people but instead is there to service the people. So in conclusion, we establish this Federation of states, so that we may defend freedom and democracy wherever it resides in the word, and here we, ordain that the Global Democratic Federation will be an alliance to defend the weak, defend freedom, defend justice and ensure security for any nation that resides in the alliance.

The International Charter and Articles Therein of the International Treaty of the Global Democratic Federation
Preamble
In unison of the party's honorable desires, involving the protection of basic human liberty, equilateral security and a moral sense of responsibility, all states and national entities of this charter hereof, do affirm and commit their dignity to the cause that the entity of the Global Democratic Federation shall hereby stand and contract.
Articles of the Administration of Affairs By the International Treaty Defined As the Global Democratic Federation Hereby
Article I
The General Secretary of the Federation shall serve as the head of the Federation in all matters, and direct the entirety of the body. The General Secretary shall be the founder of the Federation, and will serve as General Secretary until resignation or impeachment. In such case as an impeachment or resignation the General Secretary shall be elected directly by the entirety of the body of the Federation for a term of four months.
Article II
The Undersecretary shall serve as the vice of the General Secretary. The Undersecretary will be directly elected by the body of the Federation to serve as vice for a term defined as four months. The first undersecretary shall be chosen by the founder.
Article III
The Speaker of the Federation shall serve in the speaking of the Federation in aspects of foreign matters when the General Secretary, and or other governmental members are unavailable, unless otherwise directed. The speaker shall also be solely responsible for bringing news and announcements to the interior of the Federation. The speaker of the Federation shall be elected as the legislature thereof mandates bi-monthly.
Article IV
The Commerce and Financial Body shall handle the laws and regulations on trade between the states of the Federation. No other service and or assembly may make laws or regulations involving and regarding economic and commercial regulations involving the member states of the Federation. All members of the Body shall be appointed by the General Secretary.
Article V
The Judicial Authority shall serve as the justice related regulatory body in all matters regarding crimes, trials and impeachment procedures. The Judicial Authority shall be directly elected by the General Assembly.
Article VI
The Congress of Security shall be charged with the due responsibility of ensuring the security and stability of the member nations of the Federation, through laws, bills, regulations and in some cases direct military action. The Congress of the Security shall be appointed by the General Secretary of the Federation.
Article VII
The Foreign Relations Council shall be charged with the responsibility of providing a safe environment of the member states of the Federation by the due course of providing efficient and constructive diplomatic relations with other coalitions, alliances and non-Federation states.
Article VIII
The General Assembly shall be the seating body of all states that have been entrusted with membership of the Federation. The General Assembly shall seat two representatives from each state and shall be responsible for voting upon bills put forth if the states in question deem necessary and shall be the default rank of all nations that join the Federation.
Articles of the Economic Restrictions and Citizenry of the States Contracted By This Charter Whereby To the Member States of the Global Democratic Federation
Article I
Tariffs levied by national order, between the entities contracted hereby these articles, shall not exceed the amount of three percent and the rights of the member states to remain in trade with entities pertaining to non membership stature shall not be infringed by the articles hereof
Article II
Member states hereof contracted, shall be purposeful in their intents to the protection of maritime economic and such commercial activity operated by states of protection by this charter hereby
Article III
Labor and production means shall be free from regulation or hindrance by the articles whereof this charter and shall be of individual state discretion
Article IV
Entities contracted hereby this charter, shall be of the right of the individual government's discretion in whether to subjugate the state thereof to any means of market planning, and no specific economic philosophy, shall be condemned nor supported by the charter or international coalition as whole hereof
Article V
The citizenry of any such state residing in the membership contracted to this legislation hereof shall be of right, to cross any such border of another member state whereof this international treaty
Article VI
Economic freedom in matters pertaining to situations undefined by the legislation hereof, shall be of direct correlation to the discretion of the member states' governments whereby
Articles of the Defense and Structure Thereby of the Joint Operational Military Forces Contracted By This Charter To the Member States of the Global Democratic Federation
Article I
The goal of the member states of the Global Democratic Federation regarding the defense of the membership thereof, shall be defined as the responsibility and right of any state to be in safe regard of the protection of sovereignty and such associated thereof
Article II
Standardized weaponry shall be implemented and agreed upon by the commissions responsible of such hereby, and logistical support in all combat operations taken by the signorities of this treaty shall be available and standardized to supply such needed materials equillaterally hereby
Article III
All military structure and training structure associated thereby of the member states hereof this international treaty shall be standardized to the organizational structure set by the member states hereby
Article IV
All further defense protocols and programs whereof pertaining importance to the entirety, or in which can be supplemented for the entirety of this international treaty shall be subject to approval by the proper officials hereof this entity
Articles of the Application and Acceptance Process of Subjects Requesting Entrance to the Global Democratic Federation and Such Programs Pertaining and Associated Thereof
Article I
National entities shall be the only entities admitted to the Global Democratic Federation as stated hereby, and thereby all private entities and citizenry pertaining to relation to the nation thereof shall be regarded as incorporated into the contract thereby
Article II
All states and entities shall be considered to be of acceptance only should they represent the fundamental values of the international treaty hereof, and shall be duly processed appropriately and accordingly as such stated
Article III
All stated considered shall be under examination by the proper authorities hereby and thereby all new states wishing to become entered into contraction of the Global Democratic Federation shall undergo the aforementioned process by administrative officials.
Article IV
Observer status and the regulations and duties thereby shall be granted upon acceptance by the proper authorities thereby to all states who apply and wish to have such contracted.

As ratified in majority conclusion, deliberation and commitment, the states are bound and contracted by this oath affirmed hereby, and the ratification and rectification of seen and or differences between this here drafted, and all future additions are permitted by majority convention, as defined hitherto here.
