With the current state of emergency in the Republic Daiehan President Kwon Chung-Hee has elected to enact a number of reforms to undo the illegal coarse of policy being taken by Kim Da who is currently charged with treason against the Republic and its people. The reforms have been created to address the crippled state of the nation and out of consideration for Daiehan's unique status and situation, many factors and experts have been consulted in creating these reforms that are to be fully implemented by 2020.
- All industries involved in the following shall be nationalized: Natural Resources, Banking, Insurance, Telecommunications, Health Care and Information Technology
- Humane Euthanasia and research for the mentally ill
- Total dedication to the mission of world peace and national prosperity
- The act of suicide is to be legalized in whole and state support shall be allocated to the support of assisted suicide
- A committee is to be created to stamp out corruption and foreign meddling in national affairs
- The consumption of tobacco products will be discouraged and regulated under public health and welfare initiatives
- Animal welfare and other ecological efforts in conservation and protection are to become priorities of the government
- Foreign militaries belonging to the World Assembly are to be expelled from Daiehan
- We shall restore and grow diplomatic ties with our brothers in the Democratic People's Republic of Daiehan, steps to unification are to be taken as well under a Federal Power-sharing system
- Juche is now to be considered a legitimate Daihanese concept and the National Juche Party is to be re-legalized
- A national corpratist policy is to be adopted to support the military and homeland
- We shall restore claims on ancestral lands
- Diplomatic ties are to be severed with hostile, imperialist and belligerent nations
- All state power is now under the executive branch
- The legislator shall be dissolved until further notice
