The People of Balinesia Islands

The escalating conflict between Ashmore Islands and Balinesia Islands would obviously draw the attention of the other nations in the world particularly those staying nearby. The People's Republic of Divine Great Viet was one of them.

As the distress call for help from Ashmore Islands as well as the warning of Balinesia Islands reached the People's Republic, its leadership quickly initiated a meeting to discuss the situation. The leaders concluded that this issue would need to be monitor yet at the moment the People's Republic would not take any actions just yet. Still messages would be sent back to both Ashmore Islands and Balinesia Islands.

Bluelight remains with a strong visual on the situation as the battle enfolds on a map. With no clues on what is the motive of war, or separatism, it has, too, sent spies to collect information on both sides.

However, the leader has called for a ceasefire between war. As quotes:

1. Military Threat to Port Ember. The Republic of Port Ember is appaled by the clear threat of open war by the Balinesia Islands. Port Ember feels the act of supplying

arms and training to the Ashmore Islands, is a mere form of a Proxy War, and the threat of escalation to total war is unwarrented. Therefore Parliament has authorised a full scale mobilisation of the Security Forces Reserves.

2. Unlawfull Aggression. Port Ember feels that the Balinesia Islands have used military aggression unlawfully due to immediately invading the Ashmore Islands without first attempting diplomatic means. Therefore, Port Ember have authorised its Western Flotilla (naval force) to sail to the Balinesia and enforce a naval blockade.

3. Empty Promises. Port Ember has condemmed the failed attempts and promises of peace enforcement from the nations of Hysteria and Auregai.

4. Possible Lost Cause?. Port Ember is troubled by the fact that the goverment of Ashmore Islands have "gone dark" and is not commited to actualy fighting their own war. Therefore Port Ember has decided it shall prepare to intervene, but will not act upon it until the Ashmore Islands shows commitment to this struggle.

5. A possible ally? Port Ember has congratulated the Bluelight-R006 nation for being the only voice of reason during this troubling times.

Actually we don't want wars to any nations, include to Balinesia Islands too.

The Government of The Black Party, residing in Europe, takes notice to the aggression on the Ashmore Islands, and is naturally appalled by the lack of effective intervention, nor urgency shown by the Balinesia Islands on preventing a growing conflict from expanding in its region. Additionally, The Black Party is further horrified by the Port Ember Republic's decision to immediately engage in military action, further escalating a conflict that The Black Party believes could be easily solved through peaceful means.

1. The Republic of Port Ember appreciates the fact that your nation has heard the plights and desperate cries for help of the Ashmorian people.

2. I wish to awnser on some issues in your letter on which I strongly dissagree:

- The Republic of Balinesia Islands have never failed to prevent a conflict to escalating- they have caused the escalation all by themselves.

- It is clear to Port Ember that this conflict is complicated in nature, however the central issue is simple: The Republic of Balinesia invaded a foreign and sovreign nation illigaly, with the aim of colonising her. This is illigal, inmoral and unacceptable.

- Port Ember dissagrees that this matter can be solved diplomatically. To prove this point - more than half of the sovreign Ashmore Islands have been CONQUERED. Time for diplomacy has clearly long passed. A war is raging. The metaphorical Rome is burning.

- Port Ember believes that it is not acting to hastily to respond militarily- in contrast we feel we are acting too late. An sovreign nation has been invaded without just cause.

- As a final act of kindness and reasonability, Port Ember has given Balinesia an oppertunity to avoid the forthcoming war by withdrawing its forces before our fleet arrives, and even promising not to invade and crush its own country in the same manner it is doing to the Ashmore Islands as we speak. That is diplomacy at its finest.

3. Lastly I must regretfully inform you that Port Ember will not back down from this fight. As any reasonable man (or women) can deduce, only military force can prevent this injustice to continue. I will understand if you feel to take action against my nation on a political or economical scale. If you do however feel the need to intervene on a military scale - you will be supporting a illigal and unjust cause. And even then Port Ember will not back down.

The Black Party does believe this conflict can stay small and insignificant, and makes another final push in the attempt to force the Ember Republic into baking down from this otherwise small conflict between a region and its own people.

In addition, The Black Party makes another international call to remove foreign arms from what they believe is a domestic conflict between the Ashmore and Balinesia Islands.

As such, The Governing Body of The Black Party makes one last appeal to the Port Ember Republic to immediately cease all military action at once, or face greater threat of sanction and other means from The Black Party and coalition.
