Could you just give me a short one paragraph of what happened and what is happening? I saw the OC and heard about banning communism in Europe and a bombing at berlin, but I don't get the story that well

Assuming I'm allowed to stick to the RoE of 2007, there shouldn't be too many claims of excesive force until the conflict escalates to strategic carpet-bombings on your end.
-Besides, there are more creative uses of anti-tank rounds against improvised barricades

Although I'm sure your forces will keep things well under control when made aware of the situation. Our mercenaries do not wish for a reapeat of Grozny. At least this way there will be no indiscriminate use of artillery-support.

It's mostly to make it painfuly-clear, that if they want to fight the military, they're going to fight the military.

I'm tempted to agree with such anti-humanitarian propoganda. As the amount of violence in your country is not nearly as terrible as the original contract proposal suggested.

I would however, still recommend having them on retainer as an airmobile QRF, with access to a few C-130J-30s, Y-8s, An-12s, or similar. If such is not available, they may be airlifted in via battalion resources (Mil Mi-6). Or downgrade to a motor-rifle platoon of DAF YP-408s with uprgrades to a Iranian Heidar-6 pattern turret.
-Because if you're stuck in city-fighting, you'll want to be sure the tanks get through. A lot can happen in 13 hours, and you're going to want that sort of firepower when it happens.

Plot summary:

The first part is a character called Tom Hans who is a representative for the vassal state of Ukraine. He is implied to be there only because his friend was sick and asked him to take her position. He is described as a man that cannot take the bureaucracy of the Reichstag. The Reichstag is waiting for the head chancellor, Erik Von Bismark (Great Great Grandchild of Otto Von Bismark.) but instead, the co-Chancellor takes his place telling the Reichstag that Erik broke his leg in a car accident a few hours before. He then tells the Reichstag that is now voting on the anti-commie bill.

The scene then switches to Alpha squad, an elite paramilitary police SWAT team (that's a mouthful),
