Now things have changed.
The Blue Light Festival is going on now.
Hundreds of thousands of people are expected to come to The Newark Aristocracy.
But,as all of you know,Nature can be Unpredictable.

Your IC Post isn't much for me to go off of. I don't know anything about you and it's generally improper to overstep things by popping into random places that I have no idea about. Might want to flesh out your posts a bit more, give some insight on the location, festival, characters around and so on.
