From: Letheny
To: Fardhin
We, in turn, note that Fardhinon combat preparations are quite questionable. Not only is there certainly not a training operation being conducted, but this is highly disproportionate in response. Unless you are to provide a proper explanation or scale back your army on the Papuan border, we will be assuming that the Fardhinon state is preparing to invade.
We warn you of Letheny's status as a superweapons state and one that is not hesitant to wield them.
Lethen forces began to lay out mines on its own side of the border. 500,000 Lethen soldiers stood, building up defenses as they continued gradually-shrinking training exercises, and the 600,000 in Australia had several of their own moves prepared. Fourty drones, no bigger than civilian quad-copter drones but much, much quieter and built to keep away radar detection, flew into New Guinea at night and began to attempt to log the positions of Fardhinon military assets, air bases, and missile sites.
Letheny's military reforms were, on land, complete, and Letheny's aerial reforms were mostly complete. Atop its swarm of thousands of jet fighters, Letheny had produced a good 1,200 or so UAVs which, in essence, were just as quick and ranged as their fighter counterparts but much cheaper, smaller, more agile, and much quicker to make. Fast-assault numbers leaped up to 320, now, and five more missile boats were deployed.
