Edit: Map is up sorry I didn't do the ethnic break down but the ULF area of operation is mostly Ultran with some Marinean villages.

Yes you are correct, the rebels are not happy about foreigners, in fact many Ultramarieans will be against it but the need to feed will make them come to the foreign aid posts.

Would it be possible for Allaneans and/or the Ultramarineans to launch an investigation into the riots? Starting, perhaps, from documents collected from fallen rebels, intercepts of radio comms, etc.?

Also, do I understand correctly that New City is located more or less where the RL Newcastle and the adjacent towns are located (using the same Ultramarine-to-RL-UK geography we've been using so far)?

How well-defended is the city? Is the city's layout/etc. broadly similar to RL Newcastle and the adjacent conglomeration?
