I'm bargaining to open this RP up to everyone but there is specific lore behind all this. Anyway, this is the OOC room for my little RP. Made to avoid OOC conversations on the IC page. The country application is not required to RP though if you feel the need to fill one out, it also serves as a pseudo application for getting into the region should you choose to. The only thing required to RP is the character application. Also, the RP takes place in 1940's-1990's with that technology in hand or developing. Have fun but not too much fun.
