The spearhead movement is completed, encircling a large portion of Estonian troops in Tulcea. The Ionian air-force continues to bomb air-strips and any enemy aircraft coming into the battle to keep the enemy air-force out of the battle.

The Ionian government agrees to Sevastopol, Constanta, and Tulcea being ceded to Ionia, but it is demanded that Russian territory be released as well as German territory to Federal Prussia.

(Actually wait I'm not ceding all of my russian territory just the caucasus region and a little bit more)

After more negotiation, the Eesti Ordul will only have to release the Russian Caucus region and the Rostov-Oblast, as well as the other demands being ceded to Ionia.
