The Diplomatic team along with a squad of the National Guard are sent via helicopter to the significance ship.

[The Chuck]

After the Chuckian combat engineers battalion finished constructing a F.O.B. at Eilat Israel they started to push north along Highway 90 than at Lotan Israel they headed north-west along Highway 40. As they traveled they used Geiger counters to detect levels of radiation until they were on the edge of the fallout zone. Deploying shielded robots and armored tractors the 17th C.B.R.N. Division started to clear the fallout zone. Working slowly they dredged sand and dirt and disposed of all contaminated waste in barrels. This process would take many years but they worked to clear a safe zone along Highway 40 towards Northern Israel and eventually the places where the fighting was occurring.

[Significance]

S.S 'Emerald'

Agent 12 was laying back on his bed. He was rather enjoying being tended to due to his injured foot, which was wrapped in thick bandages. It beat field work. Agent 13 was sat side up in his bed however, as he wasn't enjoying being held captive. He whispered his complaints to his companion.

"Are you just going to lie there, I doubt we are going to be rescued"

Agent 12 smiled, and spoke softly.

"What makes you so sure? And no need to whisper, we aren't in any real danger"

Agent 13 was shocked, and continued to whisper.

"For now. They are just trying to lul us into a false sense of security. Plus, even if we are rescued, the Empress will want our heads on a plate"

Agent 12 now finally whispered his response.

"Even if I believed you, what do you suggest, escape? The guards can see us if you haven't forgotten?"

Before Agent 13 could reply, the sound of helicopter rotors could be heard, and they both began to wonder what was about to happen.

S.N.S 'Julius Caesar'

First, the Lethen delagation arrived, and were helped out of their boat by guards. They were then escorted to the Gazebo at the back of the boat, and were gestured to chose one of seats not already occupied by the Spokane delegation.

As quickly as that, the Ausinia delagation arrived, as the sound of rotors was heard in the Gazebo. The guards raced to meet them, then escorted them around the glass wind shield, and also into the Gazebo, where they were also gestured to take an unoccupied seat.

The table was very large, as was the Gazebo, and wouldn't run out of seats anytime soon.

Two guards, one likely an officer due to his ornate uniform, and the other less well dressed so likely a sub orbinate, could be seen talking at the entrance of the gazebo, before the lesser dressed woman raced away, heading to the bridge to find the Empress, who had just checked in with the helicopter crew headed to the S.S 'Emerald' with Advisor Harry, to find they had landed safely, to escort her to the gazebo to meet the latest arrivals.

Ground Zero (of nuclear explosion)

From a heightened position, a high ranking peacekeeper could be seen looking below at The Chuckian nuclear teams, making slow but steady progress.

That would soon change however, as the Significance Hazordous Extraction Taskforce, S.H.E.T, for short, had arrived, with their heavy equipment in tow, had finally arrived. This contained things like tracked tankers full of anti radiation foam, which they could spray on toxic material, and tracked heavy lifting equipment and large tracked hopper trucks to take anything irradiated back to the coast, where they'd be shipped in lead lined ships as a precaution (the foam would hopefully deal with most of the radiation) back to Significance to be dealt with.

Hazmat teams would also be on hand to look for survivors, who would take them to an emergency medical camp being set up just outside the radiation zone to be treated as best as they could by doctors until their radiation went down, and they could safely be moved to a better location, most likely a Significance hospital. A small team of those in Hazmat went down to greet the Chuckian forces.

Meanwhile, the peacekeeper escort would set up a perimeter on vantage points around the radiation zone, to protect those working, just in case, as well as a small contingency who would escort rubble to and from the ships mentioned before on the coast.

[The Chuck]

Upon linking up with the Significance S.H.E.T. the Chuckian military members merged with them and picked up the pace of their clean up effort. As each soldier hit their safe dosage of radiation they were sent to the rear to decontaminate and take up rearward positions while fresh soldiers were brought forward. In this manner they were able to keep a steady and safe pace while cleaning the contaminated areas. Very few people had survived but those who had were quickly taken to the medical center where they were given anti-radiation drugs and food and water. Those who were badly burned were give a salve that helped sooth the badly damaged parts of their bodies while they waited for surgeons to attend to them.

Garrett stood on the ship as he watched Harry’s helicopter land before walking over to it. He opened the helicopter door and said “Hello Harry. Welcome to the home of the Team Delta. You are the first non citizen to see or touch this ship. Consider yourself honored, particularly for team Delta to be granting this after 1/8.” He twisted back to the living quarters of him and his teammates and shouted “OI! TEAM DELTA GET YOUR BUTTS OUT HERE OR ELSE IM NOT COOKING MY PIZZA!” The fourteen other members of Team Delta scrambled out there on the ship deck as the guards from Team Alpha took Team Delta’s place in guarding the agents secretly.
James paled at the sight of Harry and went towards the back of the crowd as his brothers looked on concerned.
Agent Timberwolf stepped forward and said “Hello, we are Team Delta.”

[Lethen Empire]

Upon sighting the Ausinian delegation, Luka propelled himself out of his seat and onto his feet, and glared. His guards stood up, though made sure to not obstruct the Emperor's line of sight, allowing the glare to travel freely through the air. Luka adjusted his glasses and crossed his arms.

The Emperor of the Lethens was an intimidating man. He stood at 6'4" and was the possessor of a remarkable musculature -- very deserving of the informal term, 'jacked'. He was also stately and stern, dressed in a fine naval blue uniform, with epaulets, a red-and-gold sash, and a great big peaked officer's cap with an Alterzian shield emblem.

"(So they've arrived...)" mumbled the Emperor in his native language.

[The Chuck]

As Ryan, and Harold sat outside of Erika's cell and spoke with her through the bars, the door to the hold opened. Jennifer walked in still in her red jumpsuit but this time she was balancing three trays of food. Putting them down on the table she spoke,

"This might be the last time I see you guys until after the trial. I've been nominated to be the representative at the peace talks for our nation since I saw the carnage first hand. I leave in a couple minutes but thought I'd see you before I left. I've already filed my statements with the judges and they know where I personally stand on Erika's trial. As for now, I need to get going although I heard somewhere that Erika enjoys peaches. I hope you have a good one and stay safe."

With that Jennifer turned and left. A couple minutes later Ryan, Harold, and Erika heard the sound of a helicopter engine spin up and depart. Turning their attention to the food that Jennifer had brought they looked over it. Each tray consisted of chipped beef with white bread, a bowl of green beans, an orange, a mug of coffee, and a small slice of chocolate cake. On Erika's tray there also was an opened can of peaches.

Once Jennifer boarded the helicopter they took off and headed for the Significance peace ship. Upon arrival the helipad was already taken up by another helicopter so she rappelled down and entered the area where the other delegates had gathered. Speaking up she addressed the entire chamber,

"Greetings and hello, my name is Jennifer Johnson and I will be the delegation from The Chuck."

[Polish Prussian Commonwealth]

Erika coughed. "For the first, I came on my own. For the second...some, not sure. From 1500 meters a woman carrying a baby looks like a guy with an SMG to me."

Harold scowled. "Charge three and four are bullshit. There is nothing wrong with using an anti-material rifle to shoot a guy, and three is self-explanatory."

Nodding Ryan spoke while writing down his grievances with the third and fourth ,

"Yes, three and four are both not illegal under the rules of war. Though Erika, do you have any definitive proof that you did not deliberately engage members of humanitarian factions during the fighting? Unfortunately since you did shoot women and children it would be argued that you knew full well what you were doing. On the bright side, no one knows where your rifle went so we could technically argue that you are innocent... though that is a damn long shot. Do you have any suggestions or know of any evidence that could assist us?"

Erika nodded. "My rifle's scope was slightly fogged and obscured by sand. Furthermore, I was 1500 meters away. I believe it's currently in the ship's armory. Furthermore, I did help defend the hotel, and if you can grab ahold of one of the Jaegers they will back me up."

Harold exited the helicopter alongside Jen, and entered the room.
He took a spot near Kaizer Luka and quietly smoked a cigarette.

The Ausinian delegate team departed off the helicopter and walked to the door of the ship and stopped just short to turn and see the fleet of aircraft going south and a fleet going south east.

Harry smiled, and went to shake his guests hands.

"Thank you for your hospitality. As you most likely have been informed, I am an advisor to the Empress, and my name is Harry Doncaster"

He then noticed James hiding in the background.

"You must be James. I've got a case file in my bag all about you, forcefully taken from our seemingly incompetent S.I.S. Rest assured, once this is hopefully all over, your captors should be left to rot the rest of their lives in a high security jail"

He then turned back to the group.

"Now, if you don't mind, I'd like to go somewhere where we can get straight down to businesses"

S.N.S 'Julius Ceaser'

Any conversation was interrupted by the loud tapping of heels on the deck of the ship, as the Empress herself entered the Gazebo, with an escort in tow.

"I thought you said we had two new delegations arrive, not four?"

She said bemused.

"That was fast"

Her escort noted. Penny then noticed Jennifer still standing.

"If you wouldn't mind, please, take a seat"

She said, gesturing to the chairs. She then took her own chair, at the head of the table. She then gestured for the guards in the room to wait outside, and they complied.

"Now...."

Before she could continue, a guard came back with the Ausinian delagation, before exiting once more. Penny gestured for the latest arrival to quickly sit.

"Now, I'm Empress Penny, but most of you probably already knew that. Before we begin, would you all like to introduce yourselves, and explain what your nation hopes to achieve at these talks, then we can begin to try to work together to help each other achieve peace in this region"

She then waited patiently for a response.

[Lethen Empire]

Luka stood up and cleared his throat. His hands were held, business-like, behind his back.
"I move to resolve the conflict in a 'status quo' manner, minus the 'ante bellum'. In the case that this war was to escalate to an interregional or global scale, I note that the coalition fighting in favor of the state of Isratine lacks the resources to overcome the nations of the Crusading forces. I also note that this conflict cannot stay at its small scale, for it is inevitable that it will grow. This is confirmed by the Ausinian reorganization of their regional military assets, which provides a significant increase in size compared to their original force. To combat this, the Crusader states would be required to bring in larger fleets as well.

To put this simply, I believe it is an inevitability that this conflict will drastically inflate in scale within a very short span of time were it to continue. Currently, both sides are in a stalemate, and both sides have caused enough damage that the restoration of pre-war conditions is simply next-to-impossible and a gainless cause. Leaving the conflict's borders and conditions as is, in peace, albeit with a few adjustments here and there via compromise, will guarantee that the region will not suffer any longer through creating a denser reconstruction effort.

Therefore, I more specifically move that Ausinia is to retreat from the city of Tel Aviv fully, and all pro-Crusader occupations are to be left in the hands of the Levantine Crusader Empire, with the exception of Tel Aviv which will be placed under Lethen administration for the next fifty years. I can be more specific, but I will put this on hold until later in this discourse." spoke Luka, stoically and without emotion.

"I am Harold Li, representing the Commonwealth of the Kingdoms of Prussia and Poland. Instead of Kaizer Luka's proposal, I move that we instead cede the entire region to a neutral third party-and no, not the United Nations, or any other nation, organization, or entity with any sort of interest in this. Prussia-Poland, having deployed no troops in the region besides one volunteer who arrived without our knowledge or consent(and jailed, without cause, by the illegitimate government of Ausinia), is one possible candidate. I am, however, open to others. The city of Jerusalem, however, must be turned over to the Papacy-there is to be no compromise on this point."

Harold coughed.
"I am Harold Li, representing the Commonwealth of the Kingdoms of Prussia and Poland. Instead of Kaizer Luka's proposal, I move that we instead cede the entire region to a neutral third party-and no, not the United Nations, or any other nation, organization, or entity with any sort of interest in this. Prussia-Poland, having deployed no troops in the region besides one volunteer who arrived without our knowledge or consent(and jailed, without cause, by the illegitimate government of Ausinia), is one possible candidate. I am, however, open to others. The city of Jerusalem, however, must be turned over to the Papacy-there is to be no compromise on this point."

Nodding in agreement, Jennifer spoke next,

"I agree that Israel should be put under third party control. However, I do not believe that Jerusalem should be turned solely over to the Papacy. Each major Abrahamic religion has their origins in the Holy Land and Jerusalem. I believe having a special council established that had all religious parties involved could be beneficial to the rebuilding of Israel. On a side note, although we used W.M.D.s first, Rusthenia actually nuked two cities, one of which belongs to Egypt so by that he was declaring war on them. As for the Chuckian contingent of troops in Southern Israel, they are helping to decontaminate the region and stabilize it."

Harold narrowed his eyes.

I will concede to a Rabbi of good standing and high status setting up shop within Jerusalem, but no Mohammedan may enter, and if it takes painting the walls with pig's blood by myself, I will do it. Besides, the Mohammedan has his own holy cities, no? Mecca, Medina? Why must they steal from Christians and Jews, when they already have two?"

[Significance]

Harold narrowed his eyes.

Empress Penny tried her best to be diplomatic.

"And what of the Muslims who live in the area? What will happen to them?"

She turned to The Chuck delegation.

"Or those with no religion? Who will speak for them?"

Then spoke to all.

"Is there not a way we can make an area that works for those living there?"

Next, she turned to the Lethen delegation.

"The same applies to the Lethen Empire and Tel Aviv of course"

Finally, she again spoke to all.

"Ultimately the goal is for all citezens of the region to be treated fairly, where ever their borders are"

She hoped the others would understand her point.

Nodding in agreement, Jennifer spoke,

"Of course those non-aligned with a religion would have a say in the matters of the region too. Although from what history has shown, this city does have deep spiritual meaning with multiple religions. Judaism was technically the first followed by Christianity and than Islam in terms of religious founding but all originated from Abraham and the Abrahamic covenant. The Chuck will support any decision that allows for the rebuilding and restoration of this region."

James looked at Harry and made a split second choice. “Hi. We can meet in our living quarters.”
Agent Mamba spoke “yeah, come on, they’re over here.” They entered the living quarters and immediately headed towards the conference room.

Peace Talks Ship
The Spokane delegation walked into the room chomping on a donut. He muttered a soft apology and sat down. He listens to Penny’s proclamation and then stands up and speaks “Spokane wishes to share the city of Tel Aviv with Lethany and also wishes to have their troops under Lethen command back. We would also like punishment to be placed on the nation of Significance for the unreasonable kidnapping of one of our citizens. We would also like to have the area called Ground Zero be under WA control so efforts to clean up the zone can be accomplished. As for Jerusalem,Bethlehem, Nazareth, and other religious sites I propose that we split Jerusalem between the Christans,Jews, and Muslims. A committee would fix any problems that arose in Jerusalem.I also propose that all religious sites fall under that religions control, unless multiple religions claim that site which the Jerusalem solution will be used. As for 1/8...”He trailed off and looked at the other delegations in the eye. He decided to say it. “Which of you meat bags did this horrorific and damaging attack to OUR NATION?!! FESS UP NOW OR I WILL DO ANYTHING IN MY POWER TO FIND OUT WHO DID THIS.” He took a deep breath and continued “Spokane Land in the Neo Prussian Reich is our land. Neo Prussian Reich interfered in Spokane affairs, and they paid the ultimate price for it. Spokane also already has a plan for withdrawal of our soldiers. That’s all.” The Spokane Delagation sat down and began eating his donut again.

That is, so long as you remain calm and let things work out. The same applies to these peace talks. Insulting other delegates achieves nothing.

If I didn't know any better, it's almost as if you want these peace talks to fail. But, I understand things are heated for your country right now. However, compromise is key. You may not get everything you wish for, but that may be the case for everyone else. I'd advise you understand this"

Penny breathed deeply.

"Right, who hasn't spoken yet? I get the feeling the defending forces may have something to say about all this land being claimed"
