Probably not. They were out at sea at the time. Josepf is just lucky they chose to land where they did. Remember, he wasn't surrounded by civilians when he collapsed, so some time has passed.

FYI, even if my characters run across Josepef again, he admitted to war crimes but we have no proof that he did what he said. Erika on the other hand, we're pretty freaking certain it was her shooting at us due to the divots that appeared in the landscape around our crew members when they were working and the fairly unique sound of a .50 cal being shot your direction.

Significance, there is only a slight problem, you posted your fleet in the middle of a battle. Their is the battle of Tel-Aviv raging, and that includes an naval battle and an air battle. If you want to not get shot at I recommmend either moving it now or edit the post

In the choas that is going on right now, I'd imagine there would be little way of knowing where is dangerous. Is there a specific humanitarian flag that can be flown? I'll be flying the Significance flag too, but that probably won't help.

If a fire fight does break out, it's fine. I'm in a warzone, it happens. Word of advice though, I won't shoot unless shot at, but will ceasefire if others do first. What I mean is my forces will be very restrained and conservative. Keep that in mind when you talk about any encounters that happen.

Well it's more role-playing and making Josepf feel safe. He may very well just be slightly delusional due to dehydration, or he could actually be undercover, my people just don't know enough right now. So, keeping him calm is a priority, instead of him running around in panic like a headless chicken.

However, I see Josepf as the kind of character to take advantage of this, which could be interesting.

Well then we fly that flag, and wear helmets with that insignia on then. Any way possible to make us look as peaceful as possible.

I'll make a post to move my battleship though, however, the aid camp there will have to stay in the line of fire. I'll say they use trucks driving along coastal roads to resupply that particular one instead.

If a land fight breaks out, people will have to deal with it. It's war, bad stuff happens. I'll give leeway though if it's accidental, and we can come to hopefully a peaceful arrangement.

Jacob will then show up and explain about the current situation in the camp, but that a way out has been arranged for him and asylum seekers, using trucks to drive them to another aid camp further north, then having them board ships to Significance. From there, Josepf can get a flight to were ever he likes.

However, I imagine something could happen during the truck ride, if you like, to give Josepf an excuse to stay in Israel, or find his escape ship, up to you.
