As with the battle of Tel-Aviv, if my first plan doesn’t work (hopefully it does), then Lethen, find a way to escape, or surrender (you aren’t really going to fight for mass casualties on both sides right? Your morale would go down so quickly so fast your men would surrender anyway). Spokane, unless Lethen is willing to take you, you’ll have to surrender to us, 5,000 wouldn’t fight against even 20,000 (unless you’re Imperial Japan). Again I’m really sorry for not being able to post and leaving the RP for a week.

Yeeeeah....about morale...Lethen soldiers are bit like Imperial Japanese nor are they given the right to surrender (or ability to survive doing so)

Though, modern combat is very slow because it's a god awful chore to land even one hit and said hits can be very survivable, so with my big defensive advantage and your...not, I could sit there comfortably for a while. You're not trying to siege the city (I took it so easily because it was undefended) so you're skipping grinding our defenses down and moving straight into attacking. Even with your numerical advantage, you're still going to face extraordinary casualties trying to push against the city.

So, maybe with a timeskip, we'll find a resolution.

For international law are we going off of World Assembly laws or actually Geneva Convention laws... I was going to stick with Geneva convention and International Committee of the Red Cross.
