Do you know all these laws and who broke what law? If possible, it'd be nice to have a list of war crimes and which system was broken. For example, a war crime could only be considered such by the WA, but not the Geneva convention, or vice versa, or by both. It'd be interesting if war crimes could try to be dismissed simply by which convention or organization they come under.

Of course that'd be a lot of work so I can improvise something else instead if needs be.

Edit: Oh, and is anyone planning to shoot the aid planes? If not I can say they made their run safely, and about the type of aid dropped etc. But if someone tells me they plan on shooting, I can wait.

Also, I still don't know who is in charge of the Suez canal. I need to know if my ships will be allowed passed or not, just so I can plan my next moves.

I always found the best way to stop crime, seems to be if you actually catch the criminals. People for some reason don't want to commit crimes if they know they'll get caught....

Also, for some reason I have a high law and order budget, but apparently my police force is stretched too thin according to the game...

Right now, Sully's keeping his ear to the ground as far as peace talks though, and trying to secure non-radiated areas to make his counter-offensive from.
