Cykoslevinia demands an East Kormooc Socialist Republic, which shall be a Dominion of Cykoslevinia, reunification is not guaranteed. And West Kormooc may not go to war with Cykoslevinia or Narvic for 25 Years (In Game Time)

To add to that Narvic will gain Kueta, and Casab will be open to all military and commercial shipping from Narvic and Cykoslovinia for 10 years.

It is meant to be your dominion right?. I think it you should run it, and it should join the KNU, just ask Kluthenia for the password.
