The tallest building would be the Atlas CCTS tower in the Academy itself, around a nice 1000 feet tall.

I belive they do have an underground system, yes. Though, the best way to describe the city would be like a walled, miniature New York City. Long stretches of moderately sized buildings, all at the highest maybe 300-400 feet tall.

Having read Wikipedia for the last two hours, I can safely say that I am now a complete expert on urban warfare. Bring it on.

On a related note; how large is Atlas, and how tall are the buildings? Does it have anything underground?

The tallest building would be the Atlas CCTS tower in the Academy itself, around a nice 1000 feet tall.

I belive they do have an underground system, yes. Though, the best way to describe the city would be like a walled, miniature New York City. Long stretches of moderately sized buildings, all at the highest maybe 300-400 feet tall.
