Additionally, due other nations' claims, I won't let you have the US, the South Pacific islands (claimed by me/Exodian protectorates) as well as the Caribbean islands you asked for (those have been ICly annexed by the Federation all the way up the Puerto Rico), but I can let you have Canada, the Bahamas, Tristan de Cunha, Bermuda, and the rest of your Atlantic islands, Australia/Oceania and all land in Africa, the Middle East, and Central Asia that hasn't been already claimed by Atkemri and Steppe. I'm also considering having French Guyana largely annexed as well by the Federation.

If any more contenders want to take bits of the territory, I'll let them take them aside from your larger colonies such as India and Australia (a way of nerfing, I believe this is the most extensive and diverse amount of land anyone has claimed so far in this RP. My fear is that, even with everyone else backing the two main nations, you'll still be able to overpower them.)

Don't think there'll be any real problems in terms of territory overlap, at least none that I saw.
Puerto Rico, as it seems, is a US buffer territory against the Aureumterrese, and now I would assume a joint buffer territory against the Federation.

Is it too late to get involved in this. I've just recently come back to NS and I'm hoping to dive back into an RP, and this looks like my best bet.

My goal would be to provide aid/protect those attacked. Maybe even have some refugee gameplay involved? Also I'm up for hosting diplomatic meeting if nescessary, or at the very least being involved in one.

Believe me, she's pure and just in her heart, but few, especially your nation would ever think so. This is the reason why Chile actually was meant to start off with less allies than the Federation.

Besides, if all companies were as corrupt as you say they are, then they would never be successful. Sure, Google or Facebook might have their flirtations with temptation, but they're facing the consequences. Capitalism, ultimately is the chase of human prosperity, and the story that shows the true worth of every individual.

In addition, Chile's citizens don't care entirely about money, mostly because with that system they make enough money to have anything they need, and have the freedom to choose any path they want. From the lower-income areas to the most lavish of haciendas, few people will tell you they're not content with life- and fewer so that they're not working harder to improve it. Similar system in Exodia, although with obviously more government oversight.

Someone who's an ardent advocate for republican revolution, as was used during the French Revolution. It's used as an insult towards leftists and socialists (often by European conservatives and monarchists), but it retains a somewhat-positive connotation for American right-wing libertarians.
