The United States formally declared war on our small republic due to intentions of taking our home (refer to factbook history on why) we have militarily taken over American Samoa by bombarding the US Military garrison and landing troops there but our nation is in need of vital military support (List whos side you support the US or Mine and amount of troops/supplies you send)

Shogun Yuuhi Koubuin was quite honestly confused with this information presented to her by Regent of the 5th Regency house of Takatsukasa, Kyoko Takatsukasa, of whom was Foreign Minister of Japan and it's Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere. "With recent events in this... Country. Yes. It's potentially a danger to the Empire." Kyoko said rather nervously. Yuuhi pinched the bridge of her nose. "The IJN controls the Pacific yet these people were allowed to walk in, like thieves and steal a bit of land which rightfully since the end of the Asia-Pacific War for all intents and purposes, belongs to the Japanese Empire?"

Yuuhi said looking to Kyoko of whom nodded her head. "The officer responsible for security in the area has already taken his own life for his failure, your majesty." Kyoko said much to Yuuhi's reassurance. "Right. Inform the Imperial General Headquarters to prepare the combined fleet to blockade Samoa." Yuuhi said as she stood up from her spot in the throne room and Kyoko bowed her head. "Yes your highness." Kyoko said before Yuuhi left. Kyoko let out a sigh. "Though I already did it, as I figured you'd not want to let this slip." Kyoko said before she left the Palace. For now as Japan prepared the Combined Fleet of the Imperial Japanese Navy it would sit back and watch before striking.

Note!
The Shoukaku III Standard Aircraft Carrier is essentially the same base carrier except a modern build, and larger, able to carry it's full complement of planes as it's WWII counterpart.
Also having written this with next to no sleep, numbers may vary with fighters, I apologise for this.

However, desiring to prevent a global escalation of this conflict, shall maintain its support to the material domain, sending ammunition, medical supplies, weapons vehicles and foodstuffs to the Republic. Additionally, the Kowani Navy shall send various unarmed boats to act as refugee platforms for those fleeing the conflict. Trumpistanians and Citizens of American Samoa are welcome to seek asylum within the Allied States.

The Republic of Zubrovskia secretly sympathises with the government and people of Trumpistan, however, as it is not willing to draw the wrath of the Americans, Zubrovskia shall remain neutral on the matter.
