As the Fardhinon Navy reared itself into multiple directions, the AeroGuard company maintained their positions and the commander ordered her Sentinels out of the water- barely escaping death; but ceaselessly firing at whatever they could hit. However, intel suggested that a section of the Aerial Vanguard was only 15 minutes out. It was an impossible gamble with no endgame, but the Captain of the Navy ordered the Lantaka-Class to fire Hadron rounds on calculated positions. This, however, would be to no avail.

Northern Manila AMC F.O.B

"Have you updated Nuevayangtze?", asked an officer of the MSPS.

"Yes. And Daimyo, we've received a Long Telegram about 881 being in effect.", responded a thin, weak-built attendant.

"Have you confirmed it?"

"Aye, Daimyo."

"Very well. Lock down the archipelago. I want these islands like a muog by 2100 Hours."

A military- naval and land blockade order was put into motion. All travel in and out of Luzon was prohibited. The 6th and 8th Fleet surrounded key strategic objectives as military bases were set to 24/7 shifts reporting any and all agitated naval movement in their proximity. Fresh men lined the border, and conscription orders were both prolonged and doubled.

A route of patrol was established between Hainan and the Leyte Gulf by the respondent Ace 6th Fleet. It was anticipated that cooperation between the Western Imperialists would be the next military move of the Fardhinon government- a cheap and blatantly apolitical sidetrack but nonetheless possible course of action.

The 10th moved West, near the Malaysian Peninsula, merely lining the Fardhinon border. The Indochinese F.O.B made routine flights to deliver supplies to the static fleets from Ho Chi Minh City, Balangay-Type Supercarrier Aircraft- militarily designated to flex the muscle of the Air Force too.

[Fardhin]

Under the Pacific Ocean
The Oro sailed deep under the waters, directly below a naval blockade in the Pacific. Behind her, followed the two most damaged of the group that went with them. Without warning, the Oro launched a barrage of missiles, aiming for any ships and submarines above it; to strike their undersides.

Above the Water Surface
The frigate and the corvette sped across the waters, at the targeted ships; and then they launched torpedoes, focusing on a certain area of ships, and at the same time launched a barrage of missiles. They intended to create a hole through those enemy lines, allowing a small number of ships to pass through and escape into the Pacific.

In the meanwhile, the rest of the ships with less damage were not far behind; to attack the flotilla once all the others had escaped. Then, this small flotilla of Moro Pirate ships would retreat into N. Luzon seas as well, leading the enemy away before going into hiding in one of Fardhin's secret bays.

6th Fleet Blockade (5th Naval Operations Group)

The barrage was swift and effective, with three frigates and corvettes blown to pieces. The resulting chaos of the Naval Command delayed the deployment of Tigmamanukan-Class behemoths to chase after the Oro. Nonetheless, the P.A.S Type V-322C Jurōjin-Class Aircraft Carrier Pyongyang, in close proximity to the broken contingent, released a company of Zangetsu Commando Sentinels and elements of the unorganized 8th (Aerial) Operations Group to chase after the Oro.

The rear troop of 10, firing cheap, fast-acting Sakuradite depth charges, made a slowed advance; whilst a separate vanguard of 20 Sentinels dodged the bombardment to gain another opportunity to fire their Slash Harkens. Surely, it would take time to fire upon all of them.

The Sentinels' Radiant Wave unit, which effected strong-velocity engines but resulted in parts expanding and eventually exploding, due to liquids or materials present, forced them to spread out into a wide corridor, hovering over the rogue Submarine. Firing flares and activating their short-use Blaze Luminous, they hoped to catch up with it before they reached diplomatically inaccessible domain.

3rd and 12th Naval Fleet (4th Naval Operations Group)

The Zongdao's crew had been safely evacuated to the mainland, whilst an Engineer Corvette sector attempted to salvage the sinking ship. The rest of the group pursued the Fardhinon unit by utilizing short, controlled bursts of long-range depth charges and torpedos. They had to act quickly, and all ships were set to achieve maximum displacement.

The Blockade
The hidden flotilla of Moro warships waited for the Sentinels to pass in front of them, before opening fire with invisible laser fire targeted at the cockpits in an attempt to heat it up and either kill, blind or knock out the pilot, as well as the engines, in an attempt to blow them up.

In the meanwhile, the damaged frigate and corvette sailed full speed ahead; firing small anti-ship guns simultaneously as they passed through the flotilla to enter the Pacific. The Oro as well, had gone further ahead; able to reach the Pacific much faster due to its relative lack of damage and incredible speed.

'Your Majesty,' said Dr. Jez with a large dose of sarcasm 'I am here to fight for what belongs to Poles. I am sure we can stop pretending that Germans and Poles have equal power, especially when the majority of Seats in Sejm is German.' The envoys then pull out a large map of central Europe. 'These' pointed out Jez 'Are the areas that belong to Slavic people and not you, Kaiser.' This remark was soon followed by another from the Czech envoy. 'We hope that Prussia will withdraw its troops as soon as possible...' he paused 'After all there are dark shadows looming over Asia, is Kaiser ready to start a war in the hear of his own empire?'

Prague
The pro-Slavic agitators started many counter-draft protests in multiple large Slavic cities, the largest being in Prague. The citizens of this hundred-spired metropolis had enough. The entire Czech region had only minimal representation in the Sejm, and now there are rumors that Germany is going to wage another war in the Pacific. The massive, thousands, maybe tens of thousands strong crowd has assembled on the Wenceslaus Square. The protest itself was accompanied by a large-general strike, that allowed many workers to join the march. Almost every adult man chanted and carried signs with anti-draft mottos, and some even demanded independence.

Crassus raised an eyebrow. "I've been working on that. As for the Czech Republic...I'm actually not sure why we have it. If you want, go ahead and grab it."

Prague
The demonstration was watched by a detachment of 50 hussars detached from the 24th Cavalry. If anything went wrong, they would draw sabres and charge.

The Seas
The frigate, corvette and the submarine break through the blockade successfully; escaping into the Pacific. Meanwhile, the other remaining ships have received orders from the Grand Admiral himself to stay in Luzon, with the intention of raiding the local ports, and supply and trade routes; in order to establish a foothold in the north and make smaller the strategic depth.

The small group of ships, now commanded by the Grand Admiral; makes its way through the Pacific, going down a route back to Moroland, but first, they must pass through Papua New Guinea's Neupommern, to try to have some repairs, medical aid, a resupply, and perhaps meet some old allies.

Japan and all its lands

Quietly, the Japanese forces mobilize but far slower than expected, thousands are being mobilized and the once quiet Japan has once again acted. The military commanders are back in action, barely living but still having the brains to lead the Japanese Military as it once did during the 4th Pacific War. The SIF slowly garner forces and reap the rewards for their rapid scientific researches to reclaim Japan's throne as a haven of technology, and is swiftly but noiselessly moving. But in the midst of all this, the public and the President and his followers among government officials has not been informed of any movement at all. A quiet mobilization, the calm before the storm.

We are not yet in a state of war, but we might be in the very very near future.

Hokusei (Vladivostok)

Acknowledging the incumbent Premier's quick response, a delegation selected from the Diplomatic Cadre was sent- alongside the man himself, Secretary-General Mensenares, who shirked his duties as the Commander of the Armed Forces to present himself decently in the eyes of the Japanese people.

Vladivostok. A name as old as time itself, and one which has been uttered with dedicated pride as the negotiating table of many a respectable nation. The city held great historical importance to the Pan-Asiatic delegation, whether ostensibly conspicuous to the diametrically allied premier or nay. For it was in that same city that, more than two-hundred years ago, a conference would be held between an unborn Communist China, a young Socialist Philippines, and a brave Soviet Union deciding the fate of the modern Asian world.

The engines of the Aetherium-alloyed plane buzzed off Chinese soil from Nuevayangtze with wheels eager to land home with a secure deal for the greater prosperity and glorification of Father Asia.

"Give me that." The Grand Admiral grabbed the radio without warning. "Attention PPC Navy, this is Juan Patricio Velez; Grand Admiral of all Fardhin, Prince-Consort of Princess Juanita, trusted friend of Emperor Florentino Fardo I and member of the Legacy Council. By convention of alliances with the Jupiter Pact, we request entry into Neupommern."

La Union, New Philippines

Fardhinon Propaganda yawping on about the skirmish made its way through the appropriate channels, and reached Pan-Asiatic audiences. But the PAFNA-OSM was ready to suffer from the fallout of actions like these. They were taken as they were, uncensored.

Meanwhile at a remote military base, in La Union, "suspected" Fardhinon rebels were being executed on live television; blamed responsible for the attack on Neo-Manila and the break-out in Batanes, by the puppet judiciary instilled by the Central Committee (Congress of Soviets).

Actually, they were strategically persecuted fringe aristocrats who were being unruly with the incumbent puppet-provincial government. Either suspected of bribing State-officials into carrying out Fardhinon ploys to sabotage the young Democracy, or completely innocent well-off fatcats with wealth which would be assimilated by the Ministry of Defense to fund the Asian War-Machine building-up faster and faster, changing its course of production overnight.

PAFNA-OSM was well aware that these men could well be martyred by secessionists. Which is why they had this to say, a means to take pre-emptive action, from the very lips of the Mainland-elected Congressional Prime Minister, (P.M) Rajo Nusantara.

"The people must understand. This is NOT discrimination. It's differentiation. The Fardhinon liars proved to be the scum they are when they ceaselessly brainwashed their people with falsehoods of individual liberty. The submarine emerged from the waters, and along with the corvette and the frigate; docked into the harbor. Bridges extended from the sides of the vessels, providing a way for tired crewmen to get off the ships. Now, they brought out their injured; but kept their dead, wishing to bury them in their homelands. Their injured were many, most of whom faced several degrees of burns, inflicted upon them by the damage from the Pan-Asiatoc Hadron Cannons, and some were even suspected of having gotten cancer from the radiation. Whatever the case, many of them were old and badly injured; and in need of medical attention.


The Grand Admiral himself, stepped forth from the submarine; accompanied by his crewmen. He looked at the sun, shielding his eyes from the heat and the light. "What day, year and time is it?"

"2:46 PM, Grand Admiral; October 31, 2183."

"Bloody hell. Just in time for Halloween." Responded Patricio. "By the Beard of the Prophet, I am starving for beef steak with cooked rice, gravy, garlic, fried egg and mushrooms."

Patricio snickered. "That, was the emperor himself. The Don Apolinar is my flagship."

"I stood side by side by the emperor himself back in the day." The Grand Admiral continued, as he reminisced about the old days. "He wasn't just my father in law, he was a brother in arms. The Imperial Sultan of Fardhin was the greatest man I ever knew."

Pat suddenly stopped with urgency, looking the man straight in the eye. "Dinner would be nice, but before that; it's best we alert the rest of the Jupiter Pact. I'll also need to contact a few old comrades to get this show on the road."

Kota Hadid, The Iron Spire
The Citadel of Kota Hadid towered over the city landscape of the Iron Spire, as both Armas Fardo and the Colonial government did its business within. It stood tall as a mountain, shaped like a pyramidal tower with steep walls and three faces excluding its foundation; constructed carefully out of the toughest materials any country could afford in such a day and age "The Iron Citadel" as it was called, was heavily guarded; with multiple patrols performing rounds at all times. Automated and remote-controlled guns, concealed and unconcealed; covered every flank at every angle, with no restraint ever considered for their design and placement.

It was only natural, for deep in the citadel; in its most heavily guarded, most well-hidden and safest areas, was the Legacy Chamber. A place where members of Florentino's Legacy Chamber would come to meet and discuss important matters.

It was a circular chamber, shaped like an inverted cone. Steps lined all its sides, with a flat area in the center of the circle. All along the steps, where many seats and tables for the members of the Legacy Council; half of which, were empty. The chamber was mostly dark, and many of its occupants were shrouded in darkness as they sat. Some weren't even there, appearing only as mere holograms behind a mask.

On one certain side of the chamber, was an elevated platform with higher seats and tables than all others. These, were completely empty.

"Gentlemen," said one voice; booming across the chamber. "I believe we have important matters to discuss."

The source of the voice was the hologram of a well-hid man, whose entire body was cast in shadow; shrouded from all eyes. Even his voice was distorted, as to avoid recognition.

"It's been 23 years..." Responded another person, also hidden. "Forgive me, your highness; but how are we sure you haven't gone mad or turned?"

"Yes, we are all concerned about you. 23 years of isolation does not usually serve well to any man."

The man paused for a moment. "And you believe me, incapable of leadership?"

"If we did, we'd have abandoned you on that island." one voice replied. "You're lucky the chairman held on to hope. How are we sure you haven't revealed our secrets in desperation?"

"If I did, the Pan-Asiatic States would have already recovered the Throne of Aries and gain the power to challenge the world." The man answered. "But they haven't, have they?"

"What about the other secrets?"

"Have you seen the Pan-Asiatic Flag in the Iron Spire yet?"

"No-

"Exactly. If any of you still have doubts of my mental health, you all know I was the one leading the pirates in the Battle of Batanes."

"So you have."

"As of this moment, I am the man of the highest position available in the Legacy Council." the man continued. "I am your leader, and you all answer to me now."

"That may be, but you're 23 years older. You're not who you used to be."

"Neither has this council." he retorted. "It's been high time we reclaim our legacy."

The man pressed on a cetain button, and from his very seat; his hologram vanished. Then once more, it reappeared, on one of the higher seats of the elevated platform. "I now reassume my position as Military 2nd-in-Command of the Emperor, who is currently absent from the meeting."

With the press of another button, holographic interfaces lit up in the center of the chamber and across the tables; showing various amounts of data. In the center of the chamber, a holographic screen showed all across the room important information everyone needed to know for the discussion. These partially included news, strategic positions, logistics, resources, supply routes, communications, and various other things.

"As of the moment, more than half of our council is absent; some of which have been executed in La Union by the Pan-Asiatic States, and many more since the end of the 4th Pacific War." The man continued. "All our members in Luzon are dead; in Visayas, most of them are dead, with the rest of the survivors either in hiding or at risk of being caught. In Thailand, half have been killed by our own; while the other turned, and began to serve the treacherous King, only to lose everything to the Pan-Asiatic States. Our days are numbered, so we reclaim Fardhin now, or never!"

The room sat silent for a moment, leaving the man hanging; with no applause or encore. Suddenly, some of the holograms began to disappear; leaving the conversation entirely. These included all of the Visayan members, and half of the Eastern Mindanaon members. The rest remained in their seats, waiting for their leader to continue to speak and command them.

"This is, unfortunate." Said one of the members of the council, who had a big muscular silhouette. "Twenty-three years of Pan-Asiatic Occupation have killed all hope in many of us, however still; we remain. Because we choose to stand, not just with you, but with Fardhin. Tell us your plan."

"Has the new fleet been prepared?"

"23 years in the making. It has." Replied the same member. "I've commissioned it myself, with designs meant to improve on mistakes back during the 4th Pacific War. We have three fleets prepared, and its numbers are already on the interface."

The man looked carefully at the number, types and specifications of the ships; and responded kindly. "I am, impressed, to say the least. This is good. What of the Don Apolinar?"

There was silence for a moment, then one responded. "There has been, some trouble in reacquiring your old crew and ship. They have been given to the Prussian Polish Commonwealth for safekeeping at the beginning of the war; and it was transferred to Eclius for technological repairs and upgrades. Yet..."

"Yet what?"

"They have refused to return it. And not only that, but they have given away the city of the prophet to threaten us."

"An unexpected betrayal. This is an outrage!"

"Yes, your highness; but worry not." Continued one of the members. "The receipient of the Holy City was the PPC, whom thankfully remains a faithful ally. A new bitter fruit chamber has been built in more than one ship. The Makahambus, which was meant to succeed the Throne of Aries as the emperor's throneship, is still in our possession. However, we have constructed new chambers into some of the Majapahit Class Commando Carriers."

"Then all is well; however, it would still have been nice to meet my old crew and ship once more." The man continued. "No matter, does the Council have access to the controls for the SA63 units?"

"Unfortunately, no; they are in Singapura, a PAS-controlled area. Thankfully, they haven't seemed to have discovered the lab yet, otherwise we'd have known."

"Then we will have to get into the facility ourselves and manually activate the Sage Protocol. As a precaution, I'll have my men destroy the lab after retrieving all the necessary equipment." The man continued. "What of the Hex?"

"Captured, by the Pan-Asiatic States and its allies; converted to an international orbital spaceport city for them and their allies. It will be difficult to recapture, as it's guarded by the Sword of Damocles, which also doubles PAS's orbital bombardment capabilities."

"Then we won't recapture it, we'll just ram through it and destroy the Sword of Damocles. I understand they're holding the Imperial Family, and myself formerly, hostage; so we'll have to do this quickly."

"If I may, I have already made arrangements for an attack on Manila." replied one of the members. "It's proven to be effective in making the enemy believe we are completely pathetic, and are unable to attack Manila again."

"You have done well, and this is something we can use to our advantage. Increase our people in Manila, I want them to stay undercover for the meantime, and be able to instantly carry out an attack once a signal is given."

"What will this signal be?"

"A full attack on the Sword of Damocles by a Fardhinon Fleet from Halman. Be it by the news or the moment they look up in the sky to see commando carriers appraoching the city, I want them to be ready for a fight. Operation Selurong, if you refer to our old documents." He answered. "At the same time, I want all our men to carry out simultaneous attacks all across the country on several strategic points."

"Forgive me, but some of these are controlled by pirates and bandits."

"Aren't they ours?"

"They used to be. Now, they're scattered and disorganized without a leader; doing things on their own."

The man sighed. "They need a leader huh? I guess I'll have to deal with this myself."

Many leaders of the resistance, as well as pirates and bandits; all gathered in the Palace of the Imperial Sultan, not of Fardhin, but of Brunei. Sultan Bulkeiah, whose house rivaled Fardo's for the Moro Imperial Throne.

Before his glorious Majesty, the Sultan of Lanao and Grand Admiral of Fardhin bent his knee and bowed before the Sultan as accustomed; alongside many other resistance leaders.

"Sultan Faatrik, stand." The Sultan commanded.

Patricio stood, responding to his Islamic name. "Yes, your Majesty."

"It's been 23 years you spent in exile, yet here you stand; in my court before me." The Sultan stood in his golden garments, his sword at his belt. "Why, of why; have you, of all people, come here? He who failed to protect the Moro people from the Communists of Pan-Asia?"

"Why do you address me as if I have forever doomed our mighty people?"

"Because you have, together with that Kasilidan Sultan of yours!"

"I come here not to listen to your judgement, your Majesty. I am here for one thing, and one thing only. Your allegiance."

The room was silent for a moment, then Bulkeiah laughed. "Of course, that is what you ask. But why should I provide it? You have failed us already, Faatrik. Why should you deserve a second chance?"

"Because I am your only chance." Pat replied. "Otherwise, you'd be stuck here in Brunei with the Tagalogs taking over! Our legacy will be taken from us, and given to some Tagalog mutts! Would you rather me, or the Tagalogs?"

The Sultan looked at him in distaste. "The Tagalogs were once Bruneian, but not the Meranaos. Why should I consider your allegiance over theirs?"

This debate would rage on, but of course; it will be won by Faatrik, who will lead the resistance to victory.

The enormous Airship hovered above the skyline like an iron fist. The "magnanimous" behemoth deployed by the Asian Military Command both reminded Fardhinos, especially those who would continue to identify themselves with the almost-illegal and taboo demonym in the first place, of the sheer double-edged sword of insurgency and prevented the very sacreligious deed itself by regularly patrolling the tenuous border-wall erected by both parties, a divide which schisms the Metropolitan landscape.

The regime began to tighten its grasp once more, a tightening which had not been felt in 23 years; a shift in politics formerly disbanded through significant progressive agendas for the Fardhinon people, such as, the resurgence of the Asian Builder's Cadre and the implementation of the Navarro-Arroyo Labor Act, which provided jobs and built new infrastructure above the remains of the old Florentine seat of power. Policies which equalized and homogeneously integrated the Fardhinos as equals to the Chinese, to the Indochinese, and the rest of Asia's revolutionary States through intersectional and tripartite wages, the redistribution of land, the provision of subsidy, and the abolition of the Principalia- the backward-thinking Florentine Aristocracy.

People had equal opportunities on this once-barren soil. That was what words from lip-to-lip broadcasted and promulgated day-and-night by agents of the Ministry of State and Public Security. The Fardhinos needed reassurance, and safety. After all, who wouldn't?

Undoubtedly, the effects of the initiatives paid its dues. Whether it was the rabble-rousing proclamations of the Obliteration of the Self, or the traditional Filipino love of family that bolstered young men and women of the new generation, sons and daughters of the very soldiers who fought against Pan-Asiatic Maoism, to enlist and pick-up a rifle to defend the Federation; the positive fallout remained the same. The Asian Military Command, sitting on their chairs, draped in their olive garments, wearing their abaka hats were convinced that a rouge, disorganized rebellion stood no chance against breaking the iron will which the propaganda-warriors and spin-doctors had fought so hard to forge.

Of course, his disappearance in and out of the delegation would never appear on any records, as to avoid assassination by rivals of the States, most notably, Fardhin.

Fifty men hid under a restaurant in enemy territory. All of them wore cheap, local attire- nothing too fancy. Posing as farmers, 10 of these men, were in fact, agents of the Ministry of State and Public Security. There was silence in the room and conspiracy in the air. Behind them, a sleek, dusty, and tattered historic flag of the People's Republic of the Philippines- spearheaded by Guillermo Capadocia a century ago.

And, following in the example of their immortalized idol, they congregated in the name of Fascism's total obliteration.

Suddenly, a quick succession of footsteps were heard above the floorboards, rushing to the secret panel leading to the basement, where the revolutionaries were hiding.

Distraught, reviewing papers, and checking his Holotablet every five minutes, he was also accompanied by Senior Diplomat Zhan Julio-Miranda, great-grandson of one of the Secretary-General's most trusted aides.

Clutching for his vibrating phone, Louangrath traced the clandestine number of one of his Secretaries from Nuevayangtze. After a few seconds, a young lady received the call.

"Yes, this is the Director. May I speak to Daimyo Baizas, AMC. Badge Nineteen-Fifty-Six."

A long beep ensued.

"This is Baizas speaking."

"It's me. The Director. Brief me on the status of Order 881."

"Yes, comrade Director. Reporting on the Green Protocol, Five-o-Nine has arrived at the interstate. We've received thirty units. On preparations for Phase II, Arroyo remains in control of the Sword; Mayor Banham has incumbent control of Neo-Manila.
