The debates preceding this decision were mostly kept in hushed voices in meeting rooms for the government did not want to alert the public of this radical move. The cultural ministry had brought forth the argument that the reason Filipinos were so "cucked" in history (losing to wars against foreigners and always being on the colonial leash for long periods of time) was because of high incidences of autism in the country, causing politicians to make questionable decisions. The cultural ministry argued that if autism could be eradicated, the Bayan would no longer be a cucked nation and hence would constitute to having one of the strongest races in the world. The Health ministry promptly agreed to participate in the largest population purification campaigns ever conducted in the Bayan's history.
A CIVILIZED SOCIETY: AUTISMLESS SOCIETY
Tis was the slogan of the campaign.
It took nothing more than the stroke of the pen of the Bayan ministress of health in order to deploy the sterilization vaccines (Benperidol) and prompt medical workers to unveil records from their hospitals to list people who have been recorded as autistic. Prompt psychological booths were made all over the country for the purpose of screening children who were found to be autistic.
A GOOD SOCIETY: NO ASPERGERS
Various autism indicator tests were readied.
Such were the examples:
Of course, all these preparations were done without announcement. It took weeks before the appropriate facilities for this mass sterilization campaign were readied as it wasn't only to be done in the Philippine archipelago alone, but also throughout the Bayan territories such as Yemen, Romania, Tronesia, Vulkata, Colishi, Huvadhu, Formoso and Southern Iran.
This was done under threat that the budget for these dependencies would be reduced by Manila.
Of course, the campaign would not start without an announcement from the government itself:

"People seem to forget that all of humanity we have strove hard to cure the sick, even against their own will. We have struggled to cure Alzheimers even when the old refuse to recognize their condition. We have struggled to cure Rabies, Depression, Anxiety and even HIV at such great cost that sacrifices have to be demanded on the part of the sick. HIV for example, can be passed down from parent to child so when the advice came that people with HIV should not bear children for the sake of the future of their offspring, they comply. They understand so it is only logical for us to expect the same for the people with autism, whose malfunctioning brain causes them to bring discomfort not only upon themselves but also to the people around them, who try their best to comprehend them but to no avail.
We must come clean and say that Autism is a disordered rewiring of the brain the causes people to... not be people? How is this?
The essence of humanity is cooperation and for cooperation to occur, we have been created by our loving god to have senses that enable us to understand perfectly even the most minute non verbal cues that another person gives off. This skill of social relation may sometimes be faulty but it can be rectified through the use of free will. This people with autism cannot use their free will for they are creations who had been doomed by demonic curses to fail from the start and hence are affront to the continued will of God on earth in which we are tested by our free will and told not to question its existence. By our own free will of us perfectly made beings of God, we shall rectify this mistake and brign a cure to autism. This people with autism only give us an excuse to falter due to predetermination. But this theological question shall end once and for all. A new society shall emerge under God; one free of autism."

"The situation is dire because autism is a neurological condition and can be triggered by multiple factors, there is neither single cause nor single therapeutic treatment for improving the lives of those with ASD. Rather, there are multiple options, various possibilities that – based on the severity of the individual’s autism – may have differing results. One thing is clear, early identification and intervention is a key component in affording a better opportunity for mainstreaming into general society. This education and these therapies, however, are often times quite costly, sometimes ruinously so.
For example, let me give you the American context; children there, ages 5 to 11, who attend the Brooklyn Autism Center Academy which offers intensive educational instruction as one example have an annual tuition of $85,000 per year. Individual therapists can easily run $100-200 or more per hour, with a child’s needs easily requiring dozens of hours a week in therapy. While there is a general tide – slowly turning – for health insurance companies to cover some of these costs, there is no universal coverage across every state in the country, and many therapies are not covered at all. Families are often forced to choose between financial stability and going out of pocket for treating their child.
It is not uncommon in this cycle for families to dig themselves into debt, sell their assets, and in some cases be forced into foreclosure or bankruptcy over the medical costs incurred in seeking to better their autistic child’s circumstances.
This sad spiral only arrests the chances of these poor families from relieving themselves from poverty. The money that could have been used to invest in businesses that may lift up these families are instead used to fund the survival of these nonfunctional individuals who would only serve as anchors to our economic development rather than assets. They are big costly liabilities and this has to stop now.
Plus it only gets worse if you don't believe me. The costs for a child with autism only continue on as that child grows into an adult, as more social services are required for that person over his or her lifetime.
According to a study by the Harvard School of Public Health published in the Archives of Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine in the spring of 2007, the typical American spends about $317,000 over his or her lifetime in direct medical costs, incurring 60% of those costs after age 65 years. In contrast, people with autism incur about $306,000 in additional direct medical costs, implying that people with autism spend twice as much as the typical American over their lifetimes and spend 60% of those incremental direct medical costs after age 21 years. The societal costs to support a single person with autism is $3.2 million over his or her lifetime, and as a group, upwards of $35 billion each year in direct (both medical and nonmedical) and indirect costs to care for all individuals diagnosed with ASD.
So we have a choice to use our smarts and fight our battles right, we are doing just that."
