"Today a minor accident at the 5 Mile Peninsula Nuclear Power Plant shocked residents today in Pennsylvania. The danger levels have been released but have not been cleared for broadcasting. First responders are trying to deal with the blaze but efforts have been slow. Keep watching for more updates."

Back in the Age of Anarchy, there was an organization that controlled all crime in Oppermenia. Drug and human trafficking, etc. It was called the Third Quadrant. However, when the anarchy ended, the police authorities have mainly gotten rid of them. However, they decide its time to come out of the shadows.
The leader of the group, Maxwell Goldman, sits in his living room, cigar in his mouth. He looks in the world events, seeing anarchist groups on the rise. He thinks this can’t be any coincidence, it must be some sort of organized group. He decides that in order to gain his power in Oppermenia back, he will reach out to the leader of the Anarchists. He sends this message:

To the Leader Of the Anarchists or Whoever this may concern,
This is Maxwell Goldman, Kingpin of the criminal underworld of Oppermenia, for what little there is of it due to the government’s cracking down on it and masked vigilantes. However, whatever crime there is, I’m usually involved in it and orchestrate it.
I think I have something you want, and you have something I want. My power is wide, all of Oppermenia’s crime. However, it just stops there. My power in Oppermenia in general is limited, and I don’t have the resources to expand it. So, I have a proposal.
I propose we ally, and you help me expand my criminal empire in Oppermenia. With the resources, I should grow my empire and influence within Oppermenia immensely. And, you would get something from me: control of the Oppermenian criminal underworld. With control over all of crime in Oppermenia, you should be able to use that to reach your goals, with that much influence in a single nation, a world superpower.

The two men watch the meeting between Jon and Daniel using binoculars and a listening device. One of the notices that Daniel is missing an eye. They are surprised because during the mission briefing, he was said to have two eyes. They think he may have lost it when Unit 46 raided the cabin where he was hiding. However, no one knows for sure, as all details regarding that specific operation is classified, known only to members of the Central Security Committee.

Meanwhile, Unit 46 operatives begin training the Iranian special forces at an undisclosed location.

The Shah watches the news and notices news of a peculiar country: Flavortown, led by President Guy Fieri.

A while ago (in part 4), Flavortown claimed to be the continuation of the United States of America, which it technically is. What happened was that before GWOTC took place, Flavortown was an uninhabited Irish island. However, America bought the island and made it a part of Maine. When GWOTC began and the other countries collapsed, America lost all of its territory except for Flavortown, which means that Flavortown is the continuation of America. In fact, its official name is the United States of America and they still claim Acren's land as rightfully part of Flavortown's.

After Iran subdued them, they became a Dyllonian protectorate. However, with the collapse of Dyllonia, Flavortown is no longer a protectorate of anyone. When this happened, Fieri started remilitarizing the country.

The Shah, worried that this can cause conflicts, launches an invasion of Flavortown. Irani troops launch from the British Isles and Belgium and attack Flavortown. Her goal is to make Flavortown an Irani protectorate so they do not attempt anything. Irani control should be easy to enforce because Flavortown is close to Ireland, which is controlled by Iran.

The militarization is controversial within Iran. Supporters of militarization say that Iran is in danger and the Shah is trying to protect Iran. However, opponents are saying that Iran is the most libertarian country in the world, but if militarization continues, it will become a highly authoritarian military state, with the government and military dominating everything.

He has arms and banned items imported from mafias in other countries he has connections with. He then pays off businessman and nobleman and the more corrupt individuals and government officials, and he gains control of one of the lower key major ports of Oppermenia. He then uses his little connections in Oppermenia to distribute his items to people in Oppermenia, mainly items like guns and whatnot. With this, his wealth grows, and through a complex system of proxy accounts and money laundering and multiple actual accounts, he is able to keep it off the radar of the government. He is slowly growing his influence. His plan is coming to fruition …the Anarchists don’t see his vision now, but he’ll show them … he’ll show them all …

Religious tensions rock Iran. The Shah claims the Caliphate, yet Iran is de facto secular. The non-Muslims in Iran become afraid that their voices will be diluted since most people are Muslim. Meanwhile, some are saying that either the Shah should make Iran a strictly Islamic state and keep the Caliphate or she can keep it secular but abandon the title of Caliph. The Shah is not sure what to do, because she wants to keep the country secular to reassure non-Muslims, but she also wants the Caliphate for the power, prestige, and influence.

There are also ethnic tensions. Due to military campaigns in the Middle East, Arabs are forming a bigger proportion of the population. Iran has many territories in Europe and Southeast Asia. With their high populations, ethnic Persians are rapidly becoming a plurality rather than the majority. This is worrying to many Persians since the heartland of Iran is Iran proper. Unlike in the early days, where Persians had most power, they are now losing influence as they have to share it with Iran's new residents.

Iran is having an identity crisis and it is very severe.
