With construction of factories, farms and military bases in the occupied countries complete, workers begin producing weapons, vehicles, desks, chairs, lamps, and other household items. Meanwhile farms begin producing, fruits, vegetables, meat and dairy products. Mines begin producing fossil fuels and metals. 100 000 000 troops along with vehicles inhabit all the new military bases. BPS operatives take over control of the borders.

With the colonization complete, everyone who lived in the colonized countries is granted SR citizenship, and granted the same rights as all SR citizens(food, water, healthcare, a house, a job etc). However, any citizen who was living in the occupied territories are not required to enlist in the military. However, as of this moment, any child who is born will have to enlist in the military. Yuri Kravchenko, the Minister of Internal Affairs, holds a press conference, announcing to the world that the colonization of territories by SR is complete. The new territories are as follows. Czech Republic, Half of Poland and Belarus.

IC: The soldiers guarding the Panama Canal begin moving out of the Canal Zone. A small force stays on in Panama City (right next to the Canal Zone) to ensure a peaceful transfer of territory. At the same time, 20,000 special forces soldiers drop in at the Washington Navy Yard, the Capitol, Reagan Airport, and all along the District’s perimeter. 5 brigades of mountaineers and urban fighting specialists soon arrive by plane to reinforce the city. The Mersidonian flag is raised over the White House, and the Eighth Fleet is rebased there from Curaçao. The Pentagon is not occupied though.

Mersdon gives SA citizens the freedom to travel to Washington DC and the Dutch Antilles on 120-day visas, no questions asked. The inhabitants of the District of Columbia are given Mersidonian passports and new ID cards. The District still accepts SA currency as well as the Guldenmark. The US dollar begins to be printed by the re-established Treasury in Washington.

Admiral Vodovenko make a press announcement. He announces the creation of the Ministry of Narcotics Enforcement. They will be responsible for enforcing drug related laws and dismantling drug smuggling operations in SR. To do this they will have the PSOS, the Police Special Operations Squadron. The members of this unit will consist of former military police officers given extra training. They will be the only special operations unit not be a part of the military, and so they will only conduct operations on SR soil. The entire ministry consists of 1 000 000 members, as the Central Government Committee has been building this organization for years, and recruited operatives years ago, who have been training ever since.

The landing force moves in to take the Panama Canal. They immediately set up the South Acren Flag flying above the facility. A small base is also set up as to have base guards. In Washington D.C. the troops stationed there leave the area, However the guards that are posted at the tomb of the unknown soldier do not leave immidatly. They all finish their posts then hand over control for the tomb.

OOC: Isn't these ruins in the islands off the coast of Florida? I am asking because i kinda had a plan for the ruins. My Shadow Squadron needs a forward operating base, and these ruins provide the perfect cover to set up a secret base. Also they are technically open territory. I only need a good place to set up a base i dont need the entire island chain if you insist.

IC: A helicopter carrying the Shadow Squadron flys low over the ruins of Solis. Russia and Fuze look out the back of the helicopter. "Damn, what happened?" Fuze says. "A war. South Acren wasn't always the great nation it is now." Russia says lowering his head. "Anyway, Guys we are here to find a suitable location for a main base. We are not expecting hostiles but be on your guard. Also keep an eye out for survivors...if there are any." The helicopter touches down, conveniently close to the Airport. "Alright, keep an eye out. Dont shoot unless shot at."

*She looked at her brother* "We did we sent out an alert but the city fell in a matter of hours. that is why we went underground we didn't know who we could trust anymore. From Our perspective we were abandoned to our fates barely able to save as many Civilians and Soldiers as we could. because by the time the Enemy arrived at other Towns they were abandoned all Armories raided to make sure our equipment didn't fall into enemy hands. since then we've upgraded our tech and we are ready to reclaim our home."

Watching the helicopter Descend was a small squad of about 5 soldiers in pure black armor as soon as it landed they moved back into the tree line the dusk guard made sure to keep an eye on these intruders of the Draosian homelands.
