The Shah only has one son and she wants him to be her successor, so there are no available brides in the Irani royal family. However, some of the areas Iran has annexed, such as Oman and parts of the U.A.E., still retain their royal families, who rule their areas with much autonomy.

I have not written about these families yet, so once I get on more, I can make one of these families have a bride for the Oppermenian prince.

Wine is a type of alcohol and wine is made from fermented grapes, so alcohol is just fermented grape juice. Using grape juice will be close enough and will still be kosher/halal.
