A Meeting for Emperors [IC/Signup/Open]

It had been a while since Unicron had been defeated. Though the Autobots were unable to use the Matrix on Unicron (in this timeline, anyway; the Multiverse is full of infinite possibilities), the Decepticons were not only able to utilize Unicron as a weapon of war, Unicron had fallen asleep somewhere in the Virgo Supercluster. As Decepticon forces hunted down Unicron throughout the known Supercluster, they discovered that the Galactic Council of the Milky Way, while battered and broken, were still managing to forge alliances with extragalactic entities that could potentially pose a threat to Decepticon rule if given time. To counteract this, Megatron saw it fit for them to hold a diplomatic summit inside Anaxus, an ancient Cybertronian with the ability to transform into a gargantuan spacecraft (which was bigger than a star) who swore fealty to Megatron because the Decepticon leader was the current ruler of the planet Cybertron and his empire, where Megatron would establish political and military ties with other, ideally similarly powerful or weaker nations. Perhaps then Megatron might be able to acquire some new territory.

Draped in regal attire, a red cape being held into place by two golden shoulder-pads – generally an attire befitting of that of an emperor who controlled countless galaxies with an iron fist - Megatron walked over to a window which bequeathed Megatron a glance at the space surrounding him. The spacecraft itself was more than enough to host a large array of Decepticon soldiers, scientists and even civilians. Perhaps, Megatron thought, it would be suitable for the Decepticons to commence with the construction of a fleet of Ecumenopoli guarded by an array of powerful warships capable of levelling entire worlds to fund their weapons program, to have soldiers be deploy to and from places. Nearby, a fleet of Decepticon Worldsweepers – known colloquially as ‘symbol ships’ because its design resembled the Decepticon insignia – surrounded Anaxus alongside a bunch of other warships. The Worldsweepers would normally cruise over the skies of annexed colonies in the Constellate to showcase the supremacy of the Decepticon Star Empire to their denizens below as well as the inhabitants of other planets. The Worldsweepers would signify the Decepticons’s complete dominance over this star system, and their supremacy over all other life in the known cosmos – or so the Decepticons mostly believed, anyway. However, the Worldsweepers, Worldscourers, Warworlds, Planetcrushers, and the rest were all but mere antroids in comparison to the incomprehensibly large titan Anaxus, whose stellar superlaser, capable of decimating entire star systems – his proudest accomplishment – was powered by a star located in the centre of him.

Megatron turned away from the window and towards a console. He placed a digit on a red button, linking him to a coms network. “Await the arrival of our guests. Direct them to the meeting room as necessary,” he ordered to the Decepticons inside Anaxus. “And don't worry - we can cleanse your alt-mode of traces of organic life after this meeting.”

After that, Megatron would walk back to the window and begin glaring at space once more, his crimson optics fixated on any arriving starships that pass by his windows. Many of them sought peace with the Empire, especially following the conclusion of the Unicronian Conflict with a draw (in this timeline, at least), but Megatron had far greater plans than just the retrieval of Unicron and the conquest of the known cosmos. Megatron chuckled coldly, secretly unnerving a royal guard nearby. His empire was indeed quite vast, and he believed that the organics he saw today would all bend the knee to him. He would gain immense territory, and all would kneel before him. However, he would have to play the long game and gain some allies in the short-term to achieve victory in the long-term.

Anaxus had a problem with organics inside his alt-mode. The stupid bags of flesh weren't worthy of his time, and were defiling his very being, the epitome of Cybertronian Magnificence. Before he became angered and let his laser batteries loose on a poor nearby world, he focused on happier thoughts. Life under Decepticon rule had been good to him. He had been given the rank of Grand Admiral in the Imperial Decepticon Navy, and Generalissimus in the Army. He'd secured a seat in the Conclave, a shadow council ruling the Empire that was second only to Megatron. He was extremely rich and had every luxury he could ask for. Life for the ancient titan was going wel-

"You think he can hear us?", whispered a lowly Decepticon Corporal. Fear was a good thing, it kept the rank and file in order. "Nah, the idiot is hundreds of millions of cycles old. His audio receptors must be corroding by now.", replied a cocky Sergeant. A booming voice like thunder, was overheard through the intercom; "Oh, I don't think so you piles of scrap metal," interrupted Anaxus. "Grand Admiral! We were -erm- just talking about the Ibex Cup back on Cybertron! Weren't we Corporal?" The Corporal nodded meekly. "Of course you were." A blast of laserfire, and the two former Decepticons were molten metal on the floor of the hangar bay. "Thoroughly deserved. Lieutenant, prepare for the arrival of the dignitaries. Opening hangar doors now." Anaxus opened the hangar doors and patiently waited for the arrival of the dignitaries, mentally preparing himself for the rigours of a diplomatic summit.

Meanwhile out on the outskirts of the system...
A fleet of Diplomatic and Defense Designed Runeworlds start heading towards Anaxus, stopping a few thousand feet away. A few spheres the size of a large asteroid would start flying near Anaxus, before stopping a few hundred feet away. They would send out a message to Anaxus. "This is Colossi-Diplomatic-Unit-0024, requesting permission to dock." The Colossi spheres would then wait for a response.

Tearing open a rift of lime colored flames in the very fabric of spacetime, the grim and somber Necropolis star fleet made its way into the system. The colossal black and gray ships slowly floated from the rift; a dreadnought measuring several kilometers long, and armed with millions of nuclear warheads, followed by a dozen smaller ships of several varieties. The haunting presence of these ships had heralded the doom of many worlds, but they were not here to make war today, but to serve as a deterrent.

Onboard the flagship, the NSS Mengele, a youthful child with a deathly palor, and long charcoal hair stood in the bridge, along with a team of officers. The girl wore a simple black and white dress, covered in soot, along with buckled black shoes. Ominously, she stared with a portentous, eyeless gaze; where she should have eyes, she had empty sockets filled with shadows. Black ichor lazily dribbled from the sockets. On either side of her were two women, who seemed to defer to her. The first of those was a young Japanese woman, perhaps in late teens, with long, scarlet hair pulled up in twin tails that reached well past her thighs. She wore a red sleeveless military-patterned jacket over a plain gray sleeveless turtleneck, a knee-length red pleated skirt, jungle boots, a set of dog tags, and pair of gauntlets. The second was British woman with raven hair and crimson eyes, eldest of the three, wearing a jet black jumpsuit, a black military jacket and pants, along with a belt with holsters for a pistol and a wand.

"Ready the transmission." the ghostly child ordered. Her voice was soft, but ice cold.

"Williams, are you-" the red haired woman began asking, before she was cut off.

"I'm ready, Fuyu." the child, her superior, interrupted.

"Let us do this, then." the eldest said.

"Anaxus, this is Director Abigail Williams, on board the NSS Mengele, here for the diplomatic meeting, and requesting ship interior coordinates for Einstein-Rosen Bridge. Over."

"Welcome, Diplomatic Unit 0024, permission granted. Proceed to Docking Bay 6-1-3." Anaxus was on relatively good terms with the Colossi, finding them to be a respectable and honour-bound species. He'd had first-hand experience in fighting them, going into single combat with Armycrusher (one of the leaders of the Colossi).

"Einstein-Rosen Bridge, coordinates are GAMMA-DELTA-9-35. Over and out." Organics were bad enough, but undead organics? That went against the natural order of things. He didn't understand why he decided to take up this role. He despised the Necropolis, corrupting and killing a world which otherwise would have been ripe for the taking by the Empire.

IESS Eater of Worlds
Teleportarum
Outer Sanctum
Imperial Palace

"And you trust them to honour their words of peace?"

"Not so much. That's why you should remain on standby, I have had experiences with Cybertronians in the past, even if they were limited. Just remain ready to bring us home should the need arise."

"Very well my lord. Please enter the Teleportarum bay."

Emperor Nicholas' form glitched as he stepped inside, white energy lashing out at the doors before being dragged into the golden plated room. Commander Kaal followed, armour clunking on the metal floor as he scrunched in his arms to avoid the edges of the doors.

"Dispatch the signal."

Attention Anaxus. Reporting ready for Rift transportation. Requesting location for entrance.

"IESS Eater of Worlds, 'Rift transportation' request approved. Proceed to coordinates GAMMA-DELTA-9-41-2." Anaxus had heard of Emperor Nicholas only in passing. Supposedly he had interacted with the Cybertronians before. These 'dramatic' teleportations were probably meant to impress the Decepticons and Anaxus with their flashy spectacles, though all it did to Anaxus was irritate him. He had to keep giving out coordinates when with a simple shuttle he could just direct them to a landing pad. And 'Rift transportation, what sort of stupid name was that? All teleportation methods were the same, with overly pretentious names. Sighing internally, Anaxus carried on with his duties, waiting for the next request for access to arrive.

A Gorzanti was flanked by two Munificent class frigates, showing that the Dancerians did not wholly trust the Deception envoy, as the escorted H-2 executive shuttle descended near the hangar of the massive space station. "Decepticon Worldspweeper, this is the Dancerian delegation, requesting permission to dock, over."

The two Dancerians, one clad in the stark white mantle of his rank, the other was just out of his teens in a simple azure suit. "We certainly have our work cut out for us..." the silver haired teen would remark with a low whistle. "That's a big ship...I thought the Subjugators were huge..." "The Decepticons have entire galaxies to draw their resources form." The dark haired chancellor would remark. "It's not surprising that they would have one or two knocking about. But so many gathered here is...unnerving." "Almost makes you wish Trench or the new Chiss commodore were here..." the Dancerian Prince would concur "Hell, I'd even take Grevious, at least we knew his motives somewhat, and he didn't despise all of organic life."

The two waited in silence for a response from their host, "Lord Megatron".

"It seems like these organics didn't get the memo." Thought Anaxus. "This is Anaxus, the transforming space station larger than a star directly in front of you, with an actual star in the middle. You can't miss it. You are authorised to land at Docking Bay 6-1-4 in my hangar bay, not the tiny Worldsweeper. I repeat, not the tiny Worldsweeper. Over and out." Anaxus probably seemed a bit condescending, and meant every bit of it. He didn't have time for people who thought they were supposed to land in a Worldsweeper when he was right there. "Nevermind. They must have only recently been invited and lost the correct address. Typical of organics to be so unorganised," he thought. He resumed his duties, wondering how many other dignitaries would be arriving.

"Message received. Docking now."
The spheres would then enter motion again, heading into the docking bay. They would land perfectly, as one side of the spheres shattered in a dramatic motion, and the Colossi exited their spheres, and eight Golems followed them, each the size of Megatron. Armycrusher would wear a crimson cape, with a few runes glowing more than necessary in case someone went on a rampage and attacked him. Meanwhile, Skullcrusher would flank Armycrusher on his right, wearing two golden spiked armbands. Then came forth Spiritripper, lightning sparking like an aura about him, with a Silence rune glowing on him to keep the crackling quiet. They would then stop a few feet from the spheres, waiting for further invitation to come further and directions to where the summit would be held.

There was a subtle woosh in the meeting room, Megatron's cape shifting slightly. A man stepped out from a corner, carrying an aura of intimidation and not being what he seemed. "Megatron." The figure said, moving forward. "We have much to discuss, especially your, ahem, extracirricular activities."

A ship suddenly appeared a few hundred kilometers away from Anaxus, the 40x30x10km vessel paling in comparison. The Titania was an old ship, her hull ancient and battered, scorch marks and repairs criss-crosing the hull, the older segments of armor cratered from battle. Aboard her, Admiral Kartan marched down a corridor leading to the Hangar bay, flanked by Power-Armor clad marines. "Send a communique." She said, speaking through her impants. A few seconds later, a message was beamed.

This is the SDCBC Titania, requesting landing clearance for shuttlecraft.

"SDCBC Titania. landing request approved. Proceed to Docking Bay 6-1-5. Over and out." Anaxus almost laughed, that antiquated rustbucket wouldn't last a minute against him. However, one should never underestimate their enemy. These organics had a trick up their proverbial sleeve, if things were to go haywire. This ship was a diversion in case things went wrong.

"My lord, we have received co-ordinates from the Cybertronian station, initiating Rift transport."

The inside of the teleportarum chamber was briefly consumed by a purple flash before the effect faded and the room was emptied of it's occupants.

The Rift

Somewhere in the expanse of the Omniverse, a star suddenly and violently exploded and for a brief second the fabric of reality itself was torn asunder. This set off a cascade of events, as minute tears opened across the Omniverse, one such tear had just been opened wider, however, and was now being used to transport two Irenton leaders to Anaxus. Emperor Nicholas surveyed the living station for a brief moment before exiting the Rift with a thin shriek.

Most of the rank and file Decepticons stopped what they were doing, and stared at the new arrivals. The aliens were the size of an average Cybertronian, though were comprised entirely of stone and other minerals according to the scanners embedded in the optics of the Decepticons. The gargantuan space station suddenly came alive, and a voice like electric thunder boomed throughout the hangar bay; "Welcome Colossi, to the interior of my alt-mode. I am Anaxus, a Cybertronian transforming into the very space station you walk on." A Decepticon Lieutenant then walked up to the delegation. "This Lieutenant of mine shall direct you to the meeting room. His Cybertronian Supremacy eagerly awaits you." The Decepticon Lieutenant wordlessly gestured at the delegation, and started walking briskly in the direction of the meeting room.

The two Irenton leaders had arrived just after the Colossi had left. Some Decepticons turned to face the portal that had opened in the hangar, but quickly lost interest once the two tiny organic humanoids stepped through. Some Decepticons snickered at the small creatures, comparable in size to turbofoxes and other cybernetic rodents on Cybertron. The voice that had welcomed the Colossi boomed once more, with it seemingly coming from every corner of the hangar bay; "Hail, Emperor Nicholas of Irenton and Commander Kaal. I am Anaxus, the Cybertronian space station that you walk on. Lord Megatron is interested to meet you." Another Decepticon appeared out of nowhere, waiting expectantly. Anaxus patched into the Decepticon's communicator and conversed with him in Cybertronian. Finishing the conversation, the Decepticon walked away. "I was thinking of having one of my lesser soldiers take you to the meeting room in his alt-form, due to your small size and what would be a long distance for you to travel to the meeting room. On second thought, I'll teleport you directly to the meeting room. Brace yourselves." A bright flash, and the Emperor and Commander would be teleported to the meeting room, to be greeted by Megatron himself.

The Colossi delegation would arrive shortly after, with their guide departing to carry out other duties.

The Imperium Star Dreadnought, The Emperor’s Light. Ascended from warp space escorted by a ghastly swarm of pisonic tentacled jellyfish-like eldritch abominations, numbering beyond billions, consisting of various disfigured forms and sizes, the swarm feasted on nearby worlds, in the matter of seconds. The Emperor’s Light thrusted forwards ahead of the Xyar’aa swarm, while it’s thrusters whispers in the vacuum of space. Soon, the flagship was only seven thousand miles from Anaxus, minutes later, a communication line was hailed.

OOC: I'm going off of Megatron's height being 7 metres for this. If it's wrong then it's Transformers Wiki's fault and not mine.

Anaxus

Emperor Nicholas' body surged when they were teleported, he had been more than tempted to start poking at the walls of reality to try and annoy the big machine, but decided against it; if only to spare Commander Kaal the trouble. He regarded Megatron for a moment, he was just over half the height of the living machine, but Megatron was of course much larger.

"So you are the infamous Megatron. Normally I'd slam my sword into the floor or something like that, but your station might get a bit hurt."

Commander Kaal stared at his Emperor for a moment, his mouth slightly open, "Lord Megatron," he stuttered before getting a grip over himself, "we are the delegation for Irenton Empire, here at your behest. Pardon my Lord Emperor, he believes your station insulted him."

The three Colossi would start walking towards Megatron, Armycrusher taking the lead. He would then stop a couple feet from Megatron, looking down. Armycrusher would then up. "Emperor Megatron, I am the Head of the Grand Three, Armycrusher. I have heard many great things about you, and it is a great honor to meet you in the blood, or whatever the metaphor is." The other two Colossi would take their seats, the Golems standing nearby them, guarding them.

It made a humming sound, like a humbling bird, it was asleep, while Tiraniusu massaged the rim of its ‘head’ where the tentacles did not attach, by his hand. "Megatron." The figure said, moving forward. "We have much to discuss, especially your, ahem, extracirricular activities."

Sitting on a chair, Megatron was immersed in thought. He'd been mentally plotting out multiple strategies, multiple ways he could use those who attended this meeting to his benefit. So he could expand his empire even further and conquer uncharted territory. Soon, he would be ready to conquer everything and everyone would be his puppets. Suddenly, he was interrupted by a Decepticon soldier running into his room.

"Lord Megatron," a soldier exclaimed, running up to the Supreme Emperor, "Lord Anaxus just smelted two soldiers after they talked badly about him! Said something about his audio receptors corroding or something along those lines!"

"So?" Megatron responded coldly. "Why do you show such concern for them, Private?"

"Uh..." Solarstorm stopped for a brief moment. "They were loyal to us, my Lord."

Megatron got up from his chair and walked over to Solarstorm, clearly towering over the Decepticon. "Oh? And yet I heard them insulting their superiors, and they were terminated with such ease. And then they showed fear in front of their commander. How pathetic." Megatron then grabbed Solarstorm's face, lifting him up with no trouble at up. "And showing your support for such pathetic behaviour contravenes Technoism in-of-itself, does it not?"

Before Solarstorm could respond, Megatron tightened the grip on his face. "In fact... maybe you should be killed for this. I despise cowards under my command more than I do traitors."

Then, Rudis arrived with a woosh, Megatron's cape wafting slightly as if there a light breeze was summoned in the ship for a brief moment. Throwing Solarstorm to the floor, he turned to face Rudis, who seemed to resemble a human being.

"Hmm, I take it you didn't come through the hangar then... Of all things, why did you choose to adopt the appearance of a human?" Megatron grumbled. It was obvious that he wasn't really a human being - the general aura of intimidation and the fact that he seemed to come out of nowhere. "Now, then... what would you like to talk about? What do you mean by my 'extracurricular activities'?"

OOC: In my nation, Megatron is 35 feet tall, or around 10 metres. Not that much bigger than your estimate, really.

"Please, I doubt you could injure Anaxus," Megatron retorted without any emotion present in his voice, "and as a leader of an empire, you should have a thicker skin if you was insulted." Megatron then turned to Commander Kaal. "You're the delegation of the Irenton Empire... well, as you know, I'm the leader of the Decepticon Star Empire, which spans countless galaxies. So, why have you came here today?"

The Almighty Colossus wrote:The three Colossi would start walking towards Megatron, Armycrusher taking the lead.

"Ah, Armycrusher," Megatron said. "You're one of the Colossi: a non-organic gargantuan race famed for war and conquests. I've heard a lot about you and your empire. So: why do you come here to Anaxus today?"

Anaxus
In the gaze of Lord Megatron

Commander Kaal adjusted his armour's neck seal slightly, thankfully Emperor Nicholas was not beyond banter, if only recognising it as not an excuse to liquefy someone's Great Grandfather to stop them from existing out of spite. It took Nicholas' wicked, and rather horrifying blood-stained grin to settle his nerves about the giant robot with the even larger space station angering his Emperor.

"We have come here in order to meet with the leader of the mighty Decepticon Star Empire, and to hopefully settle some form of diplomatic relationship. In which we both smash undeserving heads under boots just for the hell of it and because most life can be exceptionally irritating, especially when I'm just trying to experiment in peace and they keep coming up to me and jabbering about the rights of the individual. Like what do you know about science Corporal, I know what I'm doing. And besides, his family deserved it...and don't get me started on those impotent little scum who sit on rights commissions, I know an organisation that seeks to annoy me out of petty spite when I see one and it won't be pretty when I get my murderously twitchy hands on your throats you mark my words. Do you hear me, John from accounts, I'm coming for your soul next!"

Kaal sighed, straightening up and staring the Decepticon leader in the eye, before saying something so atrocious in his native tongue it would make a black hole's jaw drop in shock. He had decided that, due to the inexpiable absence of any form of intelligent thought in the galaxy, that he would take the diplomatic reigns.

"What my Emperor means to say," he began, to Nicholas' immediate silence and planet-scorching stare, "is that the Irenton Empire and Decepticon Star Empire should not be enemies but instead should seek to work together. And perhaps not exterminate all organic life because some of us don't really want to be dead...if only because we know what waits on the other side."

"I mean your use of Dark Energon to enhance yourself. That is playing with a fire that can easily spiral into an inferno." Rudis said, stepping towards Megatron. "And if you are asking why I chose this form, well for one I would not be able to fit in here in my actual form, and two I would melt and burn away those that looked at my actual form." He added.

The shuttle blasted across the space between Titania and Anaxus, having to make a last minute burn to slow itself as it entered the Hangar. Once it set down, it launched a grapple that gripped the bottom lip of the Hangar's entrance. Slowly, the doors on either side of the craft opened, and out stepped The Admiral flanked by her guard. The forward pair were wielding two hefty-looking autocannons, their barrels slowly turning, the middle pair were wielding what looked like transmitters, and the rear pair were also wielding autocannons. The Admiral eyed her surroundings, muttering under her breath about blatant structural weaknesses as her Implants scanned the area.

The child-like one gathered the escort group together; tall, genetically engineered soldiers, clad in heavy armor of metal, armed like personal tanks, and adorned with skulls, the occasional spikes, and arcane symbols. Helmets completely concealed their faces, and for some of them, the Necropolitan Space Marines, their armor dripped with coagulated blood from each of the joints and servos, as their massive, heavily modified bodies were outright fused with their armor to allow them to make orbital drops at terminal velocity, though they also tended to suffer from the fastest rate of body burnout, needing replacement cadavers semi-regularly. One of the space marines shouldered a heavy weapon, a large amalgamation of metal and plastic, with large cylinders containing pressurized gasses, and a muzzle that featured a precision nozzle and four metal blades, one at each corner. The weapon was a plasma cannon, firing a highly unstable blast of supercharged, superheated ectoplasm, with explosive results, often destabilizing targets to the point of melting into a puddle of molecular mush.

Williams chanted, and the group all gathered 'round, as she spoke in an alien tongue not of this universe. The words were complex and nigh incomprehensible, carrying both stress and tone in its contrived and strict designs. As she chanted, a florescent green circle and pentagram appeared around the whole group, consuming them in lime flames and a cacophony of erratic and random xylophone notes.

Onboard Anaxus, at specified coordinates, appearing in the sudden flash of florescent green pentagram and lime flames, tearing through the very fabric of spacetime. The child-like figure stepped forward first, followed by the agents and military escort; the warriors of the Daughters of Keres, the champions of the Death's Hand, the ever-vigilant Heralds of the Rot-Sun, the ferocious Knights of Orcus, the fanatical Legion of Apostates, and the valorous Saints of Ahriman.

"We're here!" the red-haired woman said boisterously.

Three ships exited their warp drives near Anaxus, A Dreadnaught and two Destroyers as escorts, the main ship sent a message to Anaxus's Command, saying:

"To Anaxus and it's crew, this Ordocravian vessel comes peacefuly and requests a bridge be established between your ship and ours so that our representatives may enter and commence the Diplomatic meeting, awaiting response, over."

And after the message was sent the crew waited for a response

"Greetings, Grand Admiral Katarn! I am Anaxus, the space station you're currently in. Lord Megatron Eagerly awaits you." The voice of Anaxus cut through the air, assaulting the ears of anyone listening with a jovial tone, as if he were speaking to an old friend: "I shall be teleporting you you to the meeting room momentarily, but first, I would like you to keep your comments about my alt-mode to yourself, as my audio receptors are not corroding anytime soon." The tone of Anaxus changed quickly, to a cold and scornful voice. "Initiating teleportaion now, Grand Admiral."

Another white flash, and Grand Admiral Katarn and her guards would find themselves in the meeting room with Megatron and the other ambassadors.

Good Primus, it seems that the whole degenerate cyberwagon has arrived. These damned organics are dripping congealed blood on my floor! I would say a plague on their nation, but their rotting corpses probably carry all known pathogens already. Anaxus would need a thorough clean by a maintainence crew after this accursed diplomatic summit was over. Then he could finally find some peace in the destruction of a few star systems.

"Indeed you are. Welcome to my alt-mode. Teleporting you to the Metting Room now," spoke Anaxus, trying to put on a welcoming tone. He gave up, teleporting the undead abominations to the meeting room so they could meet Megatron, and literally spill their own blood there instead of on his primray hangar bay.

The Ordocravian ships were like insignificant specks compared to the alt-mode of Anaxus, who dwarfed them by several orders of magnitude at least: "Message received, Ordocravian vessel. Teleportation coordinates are: ZETA-OMICRON-6-71-99. Over and out." Anaxus didn't know much about the Ordocravians, he had first met them during the battle in the Sol System, over the fate of Unicron. From what he remembered, they had tried to subjugate Unicron, or was it destroy him? Anaxus didn't really care, he had no time for insignificant empires, nor did he go over the details of them.
