Maharaj Ganga Singh steps up and declares he will help India become independent.The Italians support him and Declare that the UP will be part of the free India.
Subhas Chandra Bose starts the INA base in Italian Kolkata. The Italians declare Azad Hind(Free India) in Kolkata and Uttar Pradesh(for now I control it though.). Both Subhas Chandra Bose and Ganga Singh control it.

The Shah sends a telegram to the Latin Emperor, warning him not to support the independence movement. He says that the agreement they had stated they will not threaten each other's interests, but supporting free India is threatening Persian interests and breaking his part of the deal.

In case if the Italians decide to continue breaking the deal, he institutes a military draft. He is more cautious because he knows the Hindustanis and Bengalis will not want to fight their countrymen and Iranians may do unnecessary damage for revenge against the invasion. He drafts people from Southeast Asia and Central Asia and tells them not to do unnecessary damage since the rebels are still their countrymen.

He sends a private telegram to China (only Yuan Shikai can read this). It says that there is a rebellion in UP and Kolkata. He says that as part of their deal to stop each other's rebellions, they will need military assistance from China if things get bad.

He also says that the rebellion can be a danger to China since the Chinese port near Chittagong is near Kolkata.

Mohandas Gandhi and his followers arrive to Kolkata. Upon arriving in Kolkata, Gandhi requests to meet with Subhas Chandra Bose, Ganga Singh, and the head of Italian operations in India (or the Latin Emperor himself, if possible). He wants to make sure that they will use nonviolent means to liberate India and that all foreign powers, including Persia and Italy, will withdraw completely so India can be prosperous by itself.

Prime Minister Michael Stein sees world tensions rising, so he calls for a peace conference between all the nations, to be held in the Oppermenian capital of Oppermanson in Iceland. Not that there’s all our war or anything, but the purpose of this conference would be to promote world peace, and find a way they can prevent all our war from happening.

Eisenhower agrees to the proposed meeting but factories start producing even more miltary vehicles and equipment.

IC: Daryoush agrees to the meeting. He will send General Reza Tehrani to Oppermanson as the Persian ambassador.

Meanwhile, Persia changes its name back to the Indian Empire, or India for short, because India is a dominant part of the Empire. Tehrani tells him to just pick a name and go with it because the constant name changes are annoying.

Delhi, the capital of the Indian Empire, is barricaded because it is close to Azad Hind. He stops travel into and out of India so rebellions do not get help. The borders with the Latin Empire are militarized.

Daryoush requests for China to help India for three reasons:

• The deal says they will stop each other's rebellions.
• Azad Hind will be a danger to the Chinese port near Chittagong.
• Azad Hind shares a border with China so violence may spill into China.

The Italians send a diplomat to Oppermanson.

"Give me blood, and I will give you freedom. Destroy the enslavement of India to the West." These words echo around Azad Hind as high morale troops come to the border. The Italians also send their Screicherpanzertoaster Rechdestroyeridontknowwhatiamsayinganymore Medium tank to Azad Hind.

Daryoush decides to take drastic action. 10 ships surround Kolkata while troops surround Kolkata from its land edges. The troops start entering Kolkata in an attempt to capture it.

A propaganda campaign is started to get people against the rebellion. The big message is that the Latin Empire is using Azad Hind to get India under Latin influence and if the rebellion succeeds, India will once again be a European colony. They also say that there is no need for independence because the Empire is based in Delhi, India is a dominant part of the Empire, and Daryoush is friendly to Indians.

Meanwhile, in UP, the Latin Tigers are commanded to no longer be loyal to the Latin Emperor since he is supporting a rebellion. Around UP, Latin Tigers declare UP to be part of the Indian Empire. They manage to oust the Latins out of Southern UP and make Allahabad their temporary HQ.

The Latin Tigers are kicked out of the UP and executed.

Kolkata is the most militarized city in the world. the Latin Navy attacks the Persians.
The Latins send guns and equipment, they do not need anything else. The Free Indians are given a Navy. Since Azad Hind is nearly independent, the propanganda Campaign is nullified.
The mobilized Latin Empire declares war on Persia, also pulling China thanks to the Pact of Steel.
They begin to attack Persia(proper).Since the Persians would be fighting the Caliph, it should be easy.
