In a Desert Region of Gibet, a long convoy prepares to move-out on it's over 300 mile journey into the mostly un-charted area of Ahmsheir. This area was known for centuries as the area of which the ancient god, Azueth was said to have made his empire out of the blood of his enemies. Here, it is said to also be the final resting place of the cup from which he drank his victims' souls. It is legend that, those who drink from the cup shall be immortal for all time. Also, it is said to share it's place with the spear which Azueth was said to have accomplished his victories with. This spear is said to assure victory for who so-ever held it before his army. This expedition was to allow several other Archeologists from other nations to go along with them into this dangerous region. There were many dangers including the curse which was said to cover this barren land. No one was prepared for what was to come.
LETTER SENT TO NATIONS INVITED TO SEND ACHEOLOGISTS

Gibet wishes for your nation to send some of it's best Archeologists on an epedition into the mostly un-charted region of Ahmsheir. They will be supplied with what ever equipment they require. They shall also have a full military escort into the region as there are several local tribes in the area that don't take kindly to strangers. This is the oppurtunity of a life-time. If the cup or the spear were found, it would bring world fame to those nations responsible. How-ever, if either should fall into the wrong hands, it could proove disastorous to all the world. That is why we must procure these items before those who wish to use them for other benefits. We assure you that, this will go down in history as the moment when Humanity found proof of the power beyond anything we could have ever comprehended.
