I'll let a few random join. But 90% that aren't in the region are people that I've met before. It is a mostly a region thing. As for scenario:
The year is 1939. The real countries have collapsed and we have taken their place. Now that most of us have grown to pretty good size, global tensions run high. It can only foreshadow the dark times ahead...
As for a map...Uh, Rakdai, I know you are good with making them. I mean if you want, but I can't.
