Additional Orders:
Do not send any infantrymen excluding the Supply Units and Escort Units. If any of the Supply Units, or Escort Units, are attacked, whether it be the supply transports or the men themselves, a Declaration of War shall be signed, and the Armed Forces of Woodana shall intervene.

[The Order of the EZIC Salt]

Orders: Send supplies across the Pacific to aid Republic of Vietnam, SDSV, Laos. These shipments will contain the following:

one small TI-84 generator
2 OBSIDIAN Mechs
A railgun (only to be used by AUTHORIZED personnel. anybody caught using it without permission is to be exterminated.)
Conventional munitions, rations.
A small troop of 2,000 men to assist these people of Vietnam in understanding use of these technologies. Spies to watch over researchers, make sure they are not duplicating.

We MUST push these three empires to join forces and unite. Otherwise, they will grow suspicious of others using the same weapons and begin to grow wary of us.
EZIC troopers are to be NEUTRAL and not fight in the wars. Once the supplies are delivered, return 90% of the troop to home. If any of them are killed by an enemy. an automatic declaration of war will happen.

Backup war plan:
Rush enemy's forces nearest to allied encampments and overrun them. Retreat if necessary.

Equip 5 top snipers with railguns

[u] Big Picture Result
With such a small country to work with, the ROV would have surely sufferred some major defeats if it were not for the intervension of Woodana and the Ezic. Although they did lose some ground, they overall managed to hold and survive, which is much better than without the supplies.
The SDSV, overall, did amazing. Due to their size and shear manpower, they managed to almost descimate the New Vietnam Empire, making very rapid advances and taking 1/3rd of their land. In contrast, they did ok against the Hindu State, but it was no easy and rapid victory like it had been against the New Empire. The SDSV took some land, but lost a lot a decent amount of men in the process and only gained a the provinces they bordered with them.
With the almost complete fall of the Empire on the southern front, its no suprise the northern front was crippled as well, with the communists litterly taking 1/4th of their land, truely this is a bad time for the New Empire, and it will need serious aide or a change in luck to change its fate.
In other news, although the Woodanaian captian for the supply fleet decides to take perhaps not the best route for safe passage through war torn waters, no vessel was sunk. A few lightly damaged, but after the enemy realized they hit a non enemy fleet they immedatly stoped firing and sent crews over to repair the damage done, as per no one wants a major power against them directly in this conflict.
