Declaring Independence from Khorata

[Fort Okinawa]

For many years, it is a national heritage site, but since 2008, the 2 provinces, North Biafra and South Biafra want to tear the castle down which I own. It is illegal to tear down houses that have people in them. It is also a national heritage site, but you are allowed to remodel the inside of it, but because of it, I declare my estate independent as the People's Republic of Fort Okinawa, that I own. I will hereby proclaim myself as Leader of all Okinawan's or Okinawabashi. The fort was built by brick in the late 1800's, from the Palace to the tiny buildings. So, we will fight to defend the Fort if we have to, so recognize the People's Republic.

We would recognize independence if it were a province leaving Khorata but because it is not, we do not recognize the independence. We claim the north half belongs to North Biafra and the south half belongs to South Biafra. To us, it is a violation of national law and we ought to take the fort over and administer it as part of the way it should be. North Biafra and South Biafra. Not a sovereign state. So, we are hoping to invade this "wannabe" nation and take it's sovereignty away.

Daryl thanked them and gave the leader of New Breton Colonies honorary Fort Okinawan citizenship. The population is 5. 1 male over 15 (majority), 1 female over 15, and 2 girls 15 and under (minor) and 1 boy 15 and under. They all have Fort Okinawan citizenship.
