The War on True Carr (OOC)

Pretty early in Oppermenia's history, a woman named Natalie Carr, of one of the wealthy and noble families of Oppermenia, went out into the Disputed Lands of Oppermenia. These are lands of the Oppermenian peninsula that are claimed by no one. She went into the Disputed Lands, amassing her wealth to set up her own settlement, and start her own nation. She founded True Carr.
True Carr was kind of like Oppermenia at the time. Authoritarian, with cannabis legal and conscription adopted as a policy. True Carr flourished as a nation, and grew to be the world superpower that Oppermenia is.
However, Oppermenia's changed. More rights and power to the people, and not authoritarian anymore. But True Carr hasn't. True Carr, since the day it was founded, has remained a militarized fascist state; a psychotic dictatorship. They oppress their people, and take tyrannical positions for the heck of it.
Oppermenia and True Carr were once close allies; but now, they're bound to come to conflict at some point. Clashing views of far right and far left ideologies. It was just a matter of time until they came to conflict. People were just waiting until the day True Carr and Oppermenia went to war. That day is today.
In a neighboring nation within True Carr's sphere of influence, known as Brillemea, a Communist was elected to power over a Fascist. True Carr didn't like it. So, True Carr's Chancellor(dictator) Natalie Carr ordered action by their intelligence agency. She had agents go in, and attempt an assassination on the Communist candidate. This failed miserably.
It came out that True Carr was responsible for the attempt. Oppermenia's leadership was furious. They called for True Carr to be held accountable for their actions, as the Oppermenian government cut all ties with True Carr. This was the wood for the fire.
Then, Natalie Carr ordered an invasion on Brillemea. This only made Oppermenian leadership madder. They felt True Carr took uncalled for actions against this smaller, defenseless nation. In an unprecedented move, they declared war on True Carr.
Both sides are superpowers, so this will be pretty even. Or, will it? If True Carr wants to win this, then they'll need allies. And, they're looking for them. Which means Oppermenia will need allies, too. Who will you support? True Carr, the militarized autocratic fascist dictatorship? Or, Oppermenia, the leftist democratic socialists?
Recently, Natalie Carr was killed, and a new government was proclaimed in Northern True Carr. Northern True Carr have proclaimed themselves a fascist kingdom, and declared Natalie’s nephew, Stephen, the King of True Carr. Just so you know, this war has developed a lot already, so I may stop accepting applications soon.

If this becomes an rp, then you can't godmod or anything where you're controlling anything other than your forces or territories. And, no WMDs. If you can't follow these rules, then get out of here.
Your total military population cannot exceed 10% of your total population. 15% if you have conscription as a national policy.
This is mainly a thread to see if people would be willing to participate in this rp. If it becomes an rp, then you'll fill out an app on this thread and take OOC arguments to this thread.
This is kind of the reason I created the True Carr nation, to sort of create a world war II reenactment

On the subject of a map, my nation can quite literally relocate anywhere in a reasonable timescale (top speed 120 mph), so you would need to factor that in for the map.

Also, why would you want to relocate your entire country to be closer to a warzone? Wouldn't that just put your civilians and citizens in much more danger than its worth?

Just so you all know, Steinbaach is a puppet of mine (I did a civil war awhile ago). It ended in Steinbaach staying a state of Oppermenia but becoming a sovereign state of Oppermenia instead of a state of a federation, becoming effectively a nation within a nation.
I might involve Steinbaach in the conflict, since they have a compulsory military alliance with Oppermenia, and it would make sense to involve them. It’d be like we’re the two main nation of the equivalent of the Allied Powers, and I guess True Carr and South Acren would be like the Germany and Italy of the equivalent of the Axis powers.

I know I’ve been vague about some things. It’s somewhere in between MT and PMT. if I think a technology shouldn’t be in the RP, then I might have the nation using this technology nerf it so it’s let OP.
This won’t take place in 2018. I want to be vague about time, as all of our nations probably have different lores and starting points. I guess it takes place at some point in the future. That being said,it won’t necessarily take place on Earth. An Earth, but more of an alternate Earth. I might at some point draw up a map to show Oppermenia and True Carr. Brief History: A moderately young nation, Virdalonja gained its independence only a century ago. Emerging from the chaotic collapse of the Lemonian Matriarchy, having rapidly united and centralised Virdalonja was surrounded by fledgling nations. These were unable to resist the new nation and were rapidly incorporated. After centuries of repression at Lemonian hands the installation of an absolute monarch with a token parliament was simply accepted by most of the populace. Virdalonjan's exhibit an almost concerning nationalistic zeal. Lemonian policy was to destroy all cultural vestiges of conquered peoples, as such almost no history regarding pre-Lemonian Virdalonja exists. Now an independent, large and powerful nation - its people plan on filling history books with their exploits.

Military Troops (10% of population; 15% if you have conscription): If we are going by the nationstates population that puts my military at around 1.8 billion personnel, which seems just a tad excessive. In the opening stages of the war no more than 2000 troops will be deployed. This number will be increased depending on how the sistuation unfolds and whether objectives change.
