Despite it's harsh immigration laws, the North American government has allowed for foreigners to visit NAP's capital city and only teritory, Flaak. It is home to the nation’s only airport, as well as the state’s infamous Wealth Bloc, a gated suburb populated with the stars of Hollywood, viral video creators, as well as some of the richest people in former western US. Flaak was once known as “Los Angeles, California” before The Revolution.

John Faraday has just landed in Flaak. As he walks out, the view is unusual for an airport. Not that many cars, but a lot of cops with guns. However, he sees the skyscrapers of Flaak.

'What an impressive view !"

Soon, he notices two cops heading for him.

"Oh...Great."

Two police officers drag a well dressed man into my office

“Who is this?”

Emperor Vio decided to go on a bit of a tour to calm his nerves. When his plane landed in Flaak he got out, and immediately saw a man being dragged away by police officers. His Imperial Guards Instantly flanked the Emperor and placed their hands on their plasma rifles but didn't draw them. "Where did I come to" said Vio.

[Alhiomoa]

The Duke of Alextinia shielded his eyes from the blistering sun as he descended the stairs from the plane onto the tarmac. So, this was Flaak! The sheer size of the city awed the Duke from the small island nation.
The Archbishop and a group of robed monks followed behind him. As they started for their destination, they noticed a man being forced into a police cruiser immediately upon exiting his aircraft. "It seems we have arrived during interesting times in the city," the Duke said to the Archbishop.

The Duke noticed a figure surrounded by well armed guards on all sides. He approached, gave a low bow and said, "Your Worthiness, I am Duke Valentodo of the Kingdom of Alhiomoa, accompanied by Archbishop Glorieux. I have come to Flaak to investigate the latest methods of police weaponry, surveillance and interrogation and the Archbishop to see about spreading our faith to this land. I humbly offer you my service in any matter you may have as I can see you are a most esteemed personage."

[Toaslandia]

I humbly offer you my service in any matter you may have as I can see you are a most esteemed personage."

Emperor Vio returned the Duke's bow and said "I am Grand Imperator Vio, Grand Imperator of the Imperium of Planets, Emperor of Toaslandia, Duke of Shadowi and Northis, and Count of Halen. I see we have similar reasons for coming here, maybe on the way to the capital building we can discuss our faith."

"Heleonor , please , try to understand that there nipples cannot be visible as usually.."

Emperor:"Do you want to go to their national park if there is one?

His wife:Yes,of course,can I undress in that place?

*the policemen are agitated, the emperor is ashamed, his wife gets embarrassed *

Emperor Vio returned the Duke's bow and said "I am Emperor Vio, Emperor of Toaslandia, Duke of Shadowi and Northis, and Count of Halen. I see we have similar reasons for coming here, maybe on the way to the capital building we can discuss our faith."

Duke Valentodo and his entourage began the walk to the capital building of Flaak with the Emperor of Toaslandia. "Your Imperial Majesty, I am humbly honored to make your acquaintance. Yes, I had planned on heading to see the Mayor of Flaak as soon as we arrived. The Archbishop is very interested in all these foreign religions, but for myself, I find those rifles your men are armed with most fascinating. Sadly, the state of our police in Alhiomoa leaves something to be desired."

[Toaslandia]

Upon hearing of the Duke's fascination with his Imperial Guard's Plasma Rifles, he pulled up a holographic schematic for the Plasma Rifle and handed it to the duke. " Consider this a gesture of good will."

As Faraday walks in the office, the police officer talks to him:

'Take a seat, young man.'

'Thank you, sir. Why was I arrested ?'

'There is this well-known criminal, Sawman Luck, and you may be him.'

A man walks in, bringing a device.

'We'll see if you are him.'

Faraday is scared. He pts his finger on the device. The device makes a sound, along with a red dot.

'No, you're not. We're sorry....Mr Faraday. We'll take you to your hotel.'

Faraday arrives at the Flaak Hotel in safety. As he walks in, he thinks:

'Isn't this LA ?'

“Hello Mr. Faraday, sorry for the inconveniences at my office shortly after you exited your plane. I am Heath Campbell, the Emperor of the North American Powers. Welcome to Flaak.”

The Emperor would then place an envelope, presumably filled with cash, into Mr. Faraday’s hand, and exits the room.

Both of the Emperors would greet the North American Emperor in the Capital building.

“Welcome, Alhiomoa and Toaslandia to Flaak. I am humbled by your presence in my nation, as we don’t get very many visitors. But now, ever since we opened up the District of Flaak, we have been flooded with delegates and leaders from all over the world. Anyways, back to business. You both wanted to discuss my police force, yes?”

Announcement #01: Code of Conduct Changes and Other News

A message begins to play on Flaak’s loudspeakers, which conviniently line it’s streets for everyone to hear.

To the citizens and visitors of the District of Flaak, I would like to announce that there has been an Ammendmant to the North American Code of Conduct, and I would like to require that everyone take a minute or two and read up on it. In other news, the position of Chief of Police (Head Moderator) is still open to members of the Confederation of Corrupt Dictators . If you are interested, please telegram me so we can get some Law and order in this beautiful city. This has been Announcement #01, 22:37 PM CST, Monday, 13 August, 2018.”

Faraday arrives at the Flaak Hotel in safety. As he walks in, he thinks:

Faraday would hear a knock at his door, and as he opens it he is greeted by a well-dressed man flanked by riot-ready policemen. The man walks into the room.

“Hello Mr. Faraday, sorry for the inconveniences at my office shortly after you exited your plane. I am Heath Campbell, the Emperor of the North American Powers. Welcome to Flaak.”

The Emperor would then place an envelope, presumably filled with cash, into Mr. Faraday’s hand, and exits the room.

Then, a men dressed in a black costume tells him :
"It's all set."

"Indeed." says Faraday.

Then, he opens and sees a fair amount of money there.

'Yeah. Silence is better.'

While in the hotel happens some corruption , Andrew VI goes with his wife Heleonor to take a taxi. There was only one to choose and it took them right to the Hotel.


"That is a very big and luxurios hotel Heleonor... I'd like to stay some time there, what do you think?"

"Oh, I agree with you , i hope that there wont be any murders..."

Andrew and Heleonor goes off the taxi and entry the hotel.....

Faraday would hear a knock at his door, and as he opens it he is greeted by a well-dressed man flanked by riot-ready policemen. The man walks into the room.

“Hello Mr. Faraday, sorry for the inconveniences at my office shortly after you exited your plane. I am Heath Campbell, the Emperor of the North American Powers. Welcome to Flaak.”

The Emperor would then place an envelope, presumably filled with cash, into Mr. Faraday’s hand, and exits the room.

Then, a men dressed in a black costume tells him :

"Indeed." says Faraday.

Then, he opens and sees a fair amount of money there.

As Faraday continues to discuss with his associates, a small camera focuses on their activity. Emperor Campbell is now listening in from a computer screen in a nearby facility.

“I think what we’re seeing is only the tip of iceberg... was it a mistake letting that man leave my office?” Asks Campbell

Then, he buys a local newspaper called "Confederation Coverage". As he finishes reading it, he notices two policemen exiting from a car and looking at him.

"Hands up !", one shouts.

Faraday doesn't know his conversation is listened. Then, he exits the room, seeing no other people. He goes down and hears an announcement regarding the Imperial Law. Faraday rides in the back of a squad car for nearly 30 Minutes. The officers exit the vehicle, and take Faraday out as well, then proceed to walk him into a strange building on the edge of the city. He is thrown into a chair in front of a desk with many monitors. A well dressed man is sitting behind it. It’s the Emperor.

“You know why you’re here”

ANNOUNCEMENT #02: Imperial Law Changes

A message begins to play on loudspeakers, which conveniently line the streets for everyone to hear.

Greetings, everyone who is visiting Flaak at the moment. I would like to make a very important announcement; the Imperial Law has been split in two; one factbook for Flaak and one for NAP. I require everyone currently visiting Flaak to immidiately read up on the changes, which can be found here; https://www.nationstates.net/nation=the ... id=1077190

I have ammended the Imperial Law of the District of Flaak to state:

“According to the North American Expulsion Act, the District of Flaak reserves the right to exile anyone that:
-Poses imminent threat to the public or North American Government
-Is a common enemy of the North American Powers or the Confederation of Corrupt Dictators
-Breaks any of the above legislation, for breaking any Imperial Law shall be treated as if a Class 1 Felony”

There has also been a change to the rules, stating that all visitors are now required to read the Imperial Law of the District of Flaak, and if they break the most recent amendment then they shall be exiled from the District of Flaak Roleplay Thread (BAN). Campbell stands up. He pulls his chair over to Faraday, and sits in it backwards.

“John Faraday, Emperor of the Democratic Empire of Romania, founder of The New Mappers Union. You fought my glorious region for almost a year. Why?”

OOC: You messed up things. My Emperor is Constantin I, not John Faraday. Also, he wouldn't just go out lile that.

IC:. "W..w...what the..WHAT IS THIS ?!"

In the while Andrew VI with his wife Heleonor entred the hotel. Taked the room's keys and taked the lift.

"Mmh , that hotel it's really beautiful , It has so many gold details, and ebony furnitures..."

The wife leaving a cigarette falling on a Persian carpet says: " Yes , there are also beautiful made original Persian carpet, this is very expensive , why all this for a hotel? It's only a Hotel!"

Andrew VI opens the doors of the suite number 123 and exclaims watching at the beautiful seeing:" ooh , that is the best Hotel suite I ever seen, i want to make compliments to their governor!"

Heleonor says:" I absolutely have to go in that warm bath in the centre of the entrance..."
