the Grand Duchess Flatly Declines "Suryak only intends to colonize itself under the guise of being polite to other nations and again Suryak is not a member of the negations it is here solely as an Observer."
She Turns to Dyllonia "Again we can't speak for Rakdai we will do separate negotiations with South Acren and as for Suryak Draos intends to wipe them off the face of the map.

[Dyllonia]

Dominik's mood skyrockets in seconds. "So, a white peace between out two nations? What of , Suryak, Rakdai, and South Acren?"

He turns to Opperman, "What else is included in this deal?"

"Oppermenia will just pay reparations for war damages. That's it," he says. "In addition, I know you don't like the Prime Minister. We've nullified the pardoning of himself, so we're going to put him on trial. We're also willing to let Dyllonia be a part of it. In addition, I'd also like to make free trade and a non-aggression pact between our nations."

"Wait, so your telling me that you require another nation to take part in trialing a single person? What are you hiding, Mr. Opperman?"

He turns back to the Duchess, "Very well then, I will agree to this. Also it may bring a light to your PAU that I will resign Dyllonia from the Axis pact."

[Draos]

[Oppermenia]

"I'm not hiding anything, Your Grace," he says to Dominik. "I just know you don't like Benham, and he did some horrible things to your people, so maybe if you want, Dyllonia can be involved in the trial. It's not a requirement, just something we'll be willing to let you do. Also, I received a call from Kaolin Krai of Rakdai. He said he'll agree to whatever agreement today, so any agreement made here will include Rakdai."

[Dyllonia]

Dominik keeps a suspicious look on the Premier, but says "Yes, Dyllonia will gladly attend this trial. Apologies for my uncalled for interrogation,"

[Draos]

Draosian forces begin drills through Thailand.

[Dyllonia]

"Oh, and also Dyllonia will pay for the cost of the plane that was regretfully shot down outside Dyllongrad. We will also pay for the Pilot and anyone else who had died on the planes funeral."

[Draos]

the Grand Duchess replies "we thank you for your consideration but that won't be needed we paid for the funeral already and the plane wasn't expensive as it was a simple 2 seater Daniel built as a hobby project ." Meanwhile the 7th sky Corps is pulled out of Ireland.

[Suryak]

Victor leaves without a sound because everyone-else was talking

[Oppermenia]

As Victor is leaving, a man stops him to talk to him.
"Hello, Victor," the man says. "I am a representative of the ElksPack, a tribe long-forgotten in Oppermenia. We're planning something, something that ties directly to Max Benham. We will march on Oppermanson and take back our homeland. If you help us take Oppermanson and Oppermenia itself, then we'll help you defeat Draos. Think about it." He quickly runs away from Victor.

[Dyllonia]

The meeting progresses. Dominik looks over his shoulder and sees Victor walk out if the meeting and approached by a strange man. Dominik ignores this, thinking it was a "Suryakese Offical" or something.

His phone then starts vibrating, Dominik quickly goes to turn it off but sees the phone call was from the doctor in Dyllongrad. "I am very sorry, but I simply must answer this," he explains as he leaves the room.

"Csasar, we have good news, your son has awoken and is staying that way for a good amount if time. I believe he will live!"

Dominik lets out a huge sigh of relief, "So, your saying he WILL live?"

"Precisely," the doctor responds with a smile (despite being on the phone miles away from Winchester, "And all thanks to those doctors from Duetch-Brittania."

Dominik starts crying of joy, forgetting all about the meeting.

[Persia-Kebabistan]

Backstory of my new nation: Emir united Persia, Turkey, and Oman to create Persia-Kebabistan, an emirate based on trade.

In order to make sure the newly founded emirate does not disintegrate, Emir writes an official declaration regarding the protection of strategic areas. The declaration states that troops will be stationed at the border with Suryak, the Turkish Straits, and Persia's and Oman's coasts with the Persian Gulf.

The Emir becomes wary of Suryak because they want to dominate the Mediterranean and cosidered invading Turkey. The Emir does not want to invade Suryak and/or declare war, but he puts troops in Eastern Thrace to defend Turkey in case if Suryak attacks.

He also calls a secret meeting with his advisers to create a strategy to subjugate the entire Persian Gulf. He controls entry to and from the Persian Gulf since his territory is on both sides of the opening, which will make it easier to capture.

OOC: We don't have a border

OOC: You are right. I will fix that now!

IC: Emir realizes that Persia-Kebabistan does not border Suryak, but he keeps troops at Turkey's border with Greece and Bulgaria just in case.

In the meantime, Navy ships launch from Bandar Abbas, Iran, other bases on the Gulf Coast, and Muscat, Oman to capture Saudi Arabia's east coast.

[Oppermenia]

Premier Opperman writes up a treaty based on the terms they discussed.
Because the WAU has shared foreign affairs for member nations, Premier Opperman includes Rakdai in the deal (at least if Draos signs it as well).
He signs it himself, then first things first - hands it over to Dominik for him to read over and then hopefully sign.

[Dyllonia]

Dominik, who had just returned, reads over the treaty carefully. Convinced, he signs his name towards the empty space at the bottom.

“Thank you, Your Grace,” Premier says to Dominik. “I look forward to future relations between our nations.”

[Oppermenia]

The war with Dyllonia and Oppermenia, even the WAU, has officially come to a close with the signing of the Treaty of Winchester.
Premier Opperman gave a public statement when he got back to Oppermenia:
"At first, I thought - - we all thought - - that Dyllonia was just a nation of fascists, ruled by oppressive dictators, and enemies of the people. However, I was wrong. I assumed that Dyllonia was this oppressive society because it was fascist, but that's simply not true. Yes, the people aren't involved in their government. However, the people in government truly do care about their people. And, they'll do anything for their people.
"And now, we've signed a treaty, ending this brutal war between our nations. Let this be the day - - the day that shows that entities of two ideologies, even far left and far right ideologies, can get along - - and maybe even be friends.
"I hope we can bring about a new era of peace and prosperity, for years to come!" (That may not come about)
OOC: I was hoping that after this point in the rp we can have the Global Parliament be more involved in world events.

Victor sends a private telegram to Oppermenia asking for the WAU to end its war against axis

Dominiks plane lands back in Dyllongrad. He immediately rushes over the the hospital, where he finds Ostrom laying in a hospital bed, bandages covering his arms and parts of his neck where he received third degree burns, his face is received cuts and bruises from the crash.

Dominik rushes over to the bed, "Oh, Ostrom, i'm so sorry for what I did, I was a fool, an idiotic fool!"

"F-father?" Ostrom asks wearily.

"Yes, it's me, Os, i'm here now,"

"Father, they accepted,"

"Yes, I know, the war is over!"

"Really, that damn war is finally over,"

"Yes, I went to Winchester, we have signed an agreement of white peace,"

The doctor walks in, "Now yo-oh i'm truly sorry Mr. Dominik, I-I had no idea"

"Quite all right, what were you sayin?" Dominik asks.

"Yes, of course, news is, that Ostrom won't be able to walk for a week, and when he finally does, there is a chance he might need physical therapy to learn how to walk again. Odds are his body forgot after so long."

"Is that so?" Dominik asks sadly.

[Suryak]

A diplomat with no feature that he is Suryakese or a diplomat takes a plane to Dyllongrad.

[Dyllonia]

Dominik walks out of the hospital, and is immidiately told that a shady diplomat was waiting for him at Dyllonus Manor.

"Already," Dominik sighs, "well, shouldn't keep them waiting"

Dominik approaches the man, Magnam Ferrum guards are on standby in case he is a T.S.A.R.

[Suryak]

"I mean no harm" He says in his thick Suryakese accent.

[Dyllonia]

The Magnam Ferrum shoot red sight lasers, scattering them across the mans body.

"It is fine, you are free to leave," The Magnam Ferrum drop their red dots and leave the room.

"Your accent sounds a bit like Victor of Suryak," Dominik points out, "What business do you have here?"

[Suryak]

"We need to talk"

"Very well than, perhaps some soup might sate your appetite, surely you are hungry after that long trip to Dyllongrad,"
