Great war of the Countries Pt.4 (IC)

[Oppermenia]

The palace is awash with activity as the royal household prepares to host the peace talks, moving speedily as they had received word some of the leaders had arrived at the airport. Meanwhile, the king, his wife, and daughter are waiting in their personal dining room, ready to exit and greet the visitors as they arrive.

Premier Opperman arrives with his wife Queen Consort Julianna, along with Deputy Prime Minister Michael Stein, hoping to greet the King of Deutsch-Brittannia.

[Dyllonia]

Császár Dominik dismisses his guards and hands them his blade. He takes a breath and walks over to where he hopes to find the king. He looks over at the Oppermenian party and is relieved that Benham is nowhere to be seen.


The Császár is absent from Dyllonus Manor in Dyllongrad, and Ostrom is still in the hospital. With no Leader in the Manor, there is a smaller portion of security...

[Deutsch-Brittannia]

Hearing that the leaders of Dyllonia and Oppermenia have arrived, the royal family, bar the Prince, who was on active duty, rush to greet them. The king, having met the Opperman before, heads towards him with his face, while Rachel approaches the leader of Dyllonia with a sad smile.

[Oppermenia]

Császár Dominik dismisses his guards and hands them his blade. He takes a breath and walks over to where he hopes to find the king. He looks over at the Oppermenian party and is relieved that Benham is nowhere to be seen.

"Don't worry, Your Grace," Premier Opperman says to Dominik. "No Max Benham with us. We're not allowing him any involvement in government, even though he is supposed to be involved in government."
"Oh, and hello, Your Grace," says Premier Opperman to the King. "Pleasure to see you again. Sorry, I just called both you and Dominik 'Your Grace'. That might get confusing. I was just always told to respect a monarch by calling them Your Grace."

[Dyllonia]

Dominik wears a grave face but at least tries to act professional and keep it hidden away. He extends his hand out to Rachel. "Good evening, mam, I am Császár Dominik Buluru. Emperor of Dyllonia. And who might you be?" he asks, not knowing a clue of what happened when his son were here other than being captured on his own plane.

[Deutsch-Brittannia]

Rachel speaks first, to Dominik.

"Hello csaszar Dominic, I am princess Rachel, I met your son when he visited. I hope your journey was pleasant. Allow me to offer condolences on what happened with your son, I trust my doctors are treating him well."

[Deutsch-Brittannia]

The king greets Opperman warmly.

"Do not fret your eminence, I'm sure we will be able to differentiate between us. I trust your journey went well?"

[Dyllonia]

"Yes, I thank you for your efforts to save my son from the grasps of the wicked Halál. I only wish there were a way to repay you." Dominik replies.

[Deutsch-Brittannia]

"Please. It was the only thing to Do, seeing your son recover is the only repayment necessary. I must admit your son's curiosity and openness were like a warm breeze amid a bitter winter, and I found myself quite pleased to experience it,"

She smiled, aware she had waffled on in a metaphor for too long.

"What I mean to say, his attitude towards life is bright and honest, and a credit to you,"

[Oppermenia]

The king greets Opperman warmly.

"It did indeed," says Premier Opperman. "Looks like this meeting is turning up. Now, Your Grace, I must say, that even though I don't know your daughter, from what I hear she's quite the diplomat and has the makings of a good leader. And I have a knack for that stuff. I knew my daughter had the makings of a leader, and now she's the Grand Duchess of Draos. You'll be seeing her later, probably."

[Dyllonia]

Dominik lets out a small laugh.

"Well, I thank you, you flatter me. I am proud to be able to call him my son," Dominik says, briefly forgetting that he will be soon sued for peace.

[Deutsch-Brittannia]

The king greets Opperman warmly.

"Do not fret your eminence, I'm sure we will be able to differentiate between us. I trust your journey went well?"

"It did indeed," says Premier Opperman. "Looks like this meeting is turning up. Now, Your Grace, I must say, that even though I don't know your daughter, from what I hear she's quite the diplomat and has the makings of a good leader. And I have a knack for that stuff. I knew my daughter had the makings of a leader, and now she's the Grand Duchess of Draos. You'll be seeing her later, probably."

King Andrew smiles at the glowing compliment of his daughter before he spoke.

"Thank you, your eminence. She is indeed a fine diplomat, and a more than worthy successor. I believe she gets most of it from her mother, gods only know I wouldn't be where i am today without her. She used to coach me when I was still new to it all. I shall look forward to meeting your daughter, it appears one cannot meet the WAU without meeting most of Oppermenia," he joked.

[Dyllonia]

Dominik overhears the comment by the king : " it appears one cannot meet the WAU without meeting most of Oppermenia"

"I learned that the hard way," Dominik mutters under his breath

[Deutsch-Brittannia]

Dominik lets out a small laugh.

"Well, I thank you, you flatter me. I am proud to be able to call him my son," Dominik says, briefly forgetting that he will be soon sued for peace.

"As you should be, he will be a fair and honourable man," Rachel assured him.

"I expect you will want to speak with my father soon, I should warn you he likes to talk, but if you stand near him he'll notice you soon enough. Aside from that, can I get you any refreshments? We have a cherry blossom tea that is simply wonderful! Or if you would prefer, we have many cooler drinks," she offers.

[Dyllonia]

"Um, no thank you, mam, i'm not thirsty right this moment-but I thank you for the offer,"

"I apologize for my lack socialization right this moment, it's just a very dark age for Dyllonia currently but that is something to worry about later."

[Deutsch-Brittannia]

Rachel nodded sympathetically.

"I understand. Come, We'll make sure my father actually speaks with you rather than waffle on,"

[Dyllonia]

"Yes, thank you," Dominik walks over to the king and extend his hand. "Good evening, I am Csasar Dominik. Truly a pleasure to finally meet you"

[Oppermenia]

Ooc: does anyone know if Iran turkey and Oman are claimed? Sorry I was just appointed standing OP by Draos and haven’t been keeping track of that stuff.

Dominik stands slightly stunned at the other kings energy as they meet hands but then recovers himself. "Ah, yes I have heard about this grand country. Your city is as grand as you and your family are as welcoming." I am honored to be a guest at this great nation."

[Deutsch-Brittannia]

"You flatter us, it is our great honour to be hosting so many world leaders for such an auspicious event. I hope Rachel treated you well, have you been offered refreshments?"

[Deutsch-Brittannia]

OOC: Suryak if it's one of us who gets them that's probably fine. If someone new signs up and claims it as a starting point maybe go easy on them. It wouldn't really be fair to get attacked as soon as they start. Just my thought.
