OOC: Mersdon read the rules again if I say he's dead he's dead there is no arguing understand? because I didn't say they rose up overnight plus there have been numerous wars across the world it's unlikely he would've survived and if you want to keep arguing you can get out Do I make myself clear?

As for the argument at hand, let me specify this whole thing. Yes, the countries of the world collapsed. But, it would’ve taken awhile after now for them to collapse, and awhile after the collapse for new countries to develop, especially into world superpowers that ours are. There’s also the continuity of previous Great War of the Countries rps that is sort of kind of connected but at the same time a stand-alone thing, so that could also add on more time if you count it. So, it’s reasonable to assume that most people in the world in RL today are probably dead. Sorry, I know we haven’t specified that, will try to do better in the future.
Ic: The WAU Council sends a statement to countries such as South Raznakova and Mersdon that reminds hem what they signed up for with the WAU. That they can’t just act unilaterally on these things, but take the positions of the WAU as a whole, and act with the WAU. If they fail to recognize these terms, then there will be consequences.

A box of donuts was found at Dyllonus Manor somehow spotted and taken into the Kormany, where the Csaszari Council discusses the future for the the Raznakovan crisis.

"We need to stay in touch with Oppermenia, we can't win this alone," says secretary Caldwell, who had been a prisoner of war in the Huffingshire Ideological War at Egypt, "Remember the Battle of Iceland?"

"Yes," War Secretary von Berbert, who had led to failed attack, "We said we'd run'em to Oppermanson and to the Northern Coast, but they ran us back to Dyllongrad and Batsrict." he said sadly, very few times had he been defeated, even tho the odds were way out of his favor, he still felt shame in it.

"Very well," says Rose as he takes a bite out of a donut, "We will send Mitchell a message and request the removal of SR from the WAU."

The WAU Council extends funding for the investigation, as well as a couple WAU investigators to aid Persia.

Meanwhile, the WAU Council is not playing around anymore. They send a message to South Raznakova to stop this unilateral dictatorial military occupation, or they may be expelled from the WAU.
The WAU is not an organization where you can just do whatever you want without consequences; SR and Mersdon are not taking the same positions on foreign affairs as the WAU, which was a part of the deal of joining the WAU.
WAU wants SA to start anew with all of their land and a new government, and the Federal Council is the first step to that.

The Shahbanu thanks the WAU for funding them. When the WAU investigators come, they all go to New York City. Durrani has everyone, including himself, sign a contract which guarantees that the investigation will be neutral and unbiased and that they will report only the facts.

They then tally up everyone in the investigation:

• 6 Persian investigators.
• 5 Persian non-investigators.
• 3 WAU investigators.
• 11 Persians.
• 14 total.

Since the last meeting was still going at the time, the Shahpur is still in Bermuda and will stay for the meeting, on the condition that everyone is mature and that it is different from the last meeting, where tesnions were high and people got shot.

Inside of Rose's donut is a community of very tiny people. As Rose eats the donut they live in, they panic, for their home is being eaten. They jump out of the donut and onto Rose's hat.

The chief of the tiny people gets out a megaphone. It is very powerful, but since his voice is very tiny, he sounds very high pitched.

"Stop! Whoever you are, stop destroying our people! We are the Donut Tribe and that donut was our home. Please do not destroy the rest of our tribe!"

In Flavortown, Guy Fieri hears about the Acren meeting. He realizes that since he considers himself as POTUS in exile, if he goes to the meeting, he can become president of the mainland.

He sends a telegram to the WAU:

Hey there, WAU Leaders,

I am Guy Fieri, Host of Triple D, President-in-exile of the United States of America, and Mayor of Flavortown. I would like to claim all of Acren as my sovereign territory again.

You see, Flavortown used to be an unnamed and uninhabited island owned by Ireland, but the U.S.A. purchased it a year before its collapse. During that time period, I moved there and founded Flavortown, becoming its Mayor.

When the rest of America collapsed, all of the dank memes moved to Flavortown. Unlike the rest of America, Flavortown was stable and did not collapse. Since Flavortown was a part of America and the rest of America went away but Flavortown did not, it means that Flavortown is the last vestige, the continuation, of America.

It is kind of like how the Roman Empire was established in Rome, but in its final days, it ruled only Constantinople. It was the same country, despite the different location. In the same way, America was founded on the Atlantic Coast, expanded across the continent, bought the island, and then lost all of its land except for the island, which means that Flavortown IS America. Because I am Mayor of Flavortown and Flavortown is all that is left of America, it means I am the de facto President of America. I would like for America/Flavortown to regain all of its sovereign territory and for me to be the President.

OOC: Fieri believes that Flavortown is a rump state of the United States of America and that Acren's territory rightfully belongs to America (and thus Flavortown) since America owned that land before it collapsed.

All SR troops have returned to South Raznakova and sent back to their respective bases. MND troops return to base, reserves are returned to base. All military personnel that police the country resume regular patrols. Navy ends blockade and returns to base.

Oppermenian forces, under WAU inspection, set up the Federal Council within the heart of South Acren. They build a new capital building, with a Councilship House, where the Council will meet and cast their votes on issues. On the new capital building, they raise the flag of the new South Acren. They are looking for Acrenese representatives for the Council, as well as sending in representatives from WAU countries.
They also decide to put a leadership role into place, one elected by the Federal Council of South Acren. The leadership role would be styled as President of South Acren, however there would be many checks and balances and separation of powers to ensure stability.
Elections for representatives on the Federal Council, as well as the Presidential election by the Federal Council, should happen soon.
The WAU considers Guy Fieri’s claim to the Presidency of South Acren as illegitimate, as South Acren is its own distinct nation with its own culture and society separate from the old America, and should be allowed to choose its own leader.

As the Federal Council is inaugurated, Mersdon's soldiers prepare to leave their occupation zone. Now that democracy is stable and that there is a firm government able to keep fascism from appearing as easily again, the Imperial Army, Navy, and Air Force start evacuating via their ports and air bases. However, the WAU-commanded parts of the Imperial Military stay on, to ensure peace during the elections and to prevent the fascists from seizing power again. The IGSN conduct covert raids into pro-Rommel cells, and use all manner of subtle and not-so-subtle means to turn the cells' members into fearful, but loyal, moles in the fascist movement. In other matters, Mersdon considers Guy Fieri's claim to the US and South Acrenian presidency to be plausible, contradicting Oppermenia's official position. The Emperor lands in Flavortown, and heads to the WAU office in the city to wait for the Shah and Guy Fieri. It was nearly midnight by the time he arrived. "I need a drink", he thought.

He says that the minimum amount he will accept is Ohio as it was his birthplace, California because it is where he grew up, and Maine because Flavortown was considered a part of Maine before America collapsed. He considers asking for New York as well, but if he asks for New York, they will definitely reject his request because New York City is economically important, so he does not ask for New York.

Yes, they were once the U.S., but an entire ethnic group and culture developed out of once-Americans after America collapsed. It is their land. They should choose their rulers.
The WAU will not budge on considering Fieri’s claim legitimate. If he so wishes, he may move to South Acren and run for President himself and then Annex Flavortown. But, they will not simply give him Acrenese territories.
The once-American territories were not stolen. The Acrenese culture and ethnic group developed out of the once-Americans and the collapse of the USA. Then, they choose their own government. They did not steal it. Their ancestors lived and died there.

Guy Fieri sends a telegram to the WAU thanking Mersdon for considering his position. He also clarifies that he wants the entire U.S.A. and that he will accept the minimum requirement of California, Ohio, and Maine only if it is absolutely impossible to get the entire U.S.A.

Fieri is worried that the location of Flavortown will delegitimize his claims. Even though Flavortown was American territory at the time of America's collapse, it is closer to Ireland than it is to America and it has no control in the mainland.

He observes that this is just like the former China-Taiwan dispute; the ROC at first controlled all of China, but its territory was reduced to Taiwan. Then, the PROC was recognized as the legitimate Chinese government, despite the Taiwanese ROC being the same legal entity as the ROC that once controlled all China.

OOC: Since Flavortown is not recognized by the rest of the world, it does not have a WAU office. It does have an airport, though.

IC: When the Emperor landed at the Flavortown Airport, Fieri sends a chauffeur (I can't believe I spelled it right the first time) to pick up the Emperor. The chauffeur introduces himself as Sean O'Connor and says he will drive the Emperor to Fieri.
