Back at the meeting place, Premier Mitchell ignores Durrani and leaves back to Oppermanson to spend time with family.
Meanwhile, Oppermenian forces in SA begin the first steps in creating the Federal Council of South Acren, as well as regional governments.
In all of the chaos, this is one of the first steps to rebuilding SA into a strong democracy for the people.
And, in this first sign of rebirth and rebuilding, Prince Kevin’s wife Ionia gives birth to their twins, one boy and one girl.
The boy is born as Mitchell Sakhalin Matthew Krai Opperman, and the girl born as Natalie Kaolin Ionia Krai Opperman.
There may be a rough road ahead, but if the birth of these beautiful twins is any sign, then this shows that SA will be reborn beautifully, however long the road may be.

When the Krais here this news, they scream in delight. Kaolin calls Ionia. "I'm coming over right now!", he says.

Meanwhile, underneath Rakdai...

After the phone call, Ionia tells Prince Kevin that the Krais are coming over.
They prepare a guest room for the Krais to stay in, however long they should stay.

The Imperial Government telegrams Rakdai back with a terse “no”. As far as Mersdon is concerned, they are on the West Coast to keep the peace in line with the WAU’s wishes (and besides, South Acren let me occupy the West Coast up until the Rockies until he asked for it back). Mersdon will not back down until the Federal Council is formed and is stable, and when the occupied zone can feed and sustain itself again. For that purpose, $200 billion N$ in aid and grants have been delivered to the residents of the occupied zone. Since Mersdon’s seat on the Federal Council is empty, the Emperor appoints Crown Prince Willem as Mersdon’s representative in the Council and holds an election for the West Coast’s local councils and state governments. The Imperial Government takes back the Fifth Fleet with 15,000 marines, air support, and artillery. Most of the fleet exits the Bosporus, paying the requisite fees, but a small detachment and 10,000 marines stay in the Black Sea to reinstall order in Borduria.

Rakdai replies with "Greed is powering your decisions, not any sympathy".

OOC: Mersdon read the rules again if I say he's dead he's dead there is no arguing understand? because I didn't say they rose up overnight plus there have been numerous wars across the world it's unlikely he would've survived and if you want to keep arguing you can get out Do I make myself clear?

OOC: How so? The idea of splitting up SA got voted off, and I'm giving the residents aid. I asked South Acren whether I could occupy the land, and he said yes, until he asked for it back. When he does, then I'll leave. Is it that you just want some more territory to occupy? If so, just say it.

Admiral Vodovenko releases another statement to the press.

" My men were fired upon by pro Rommel insurgents, they were merely defending themselves. The only reason it escalated to this point was because of the Acrenese people, not me. Premier Mitchell, don't you dare threaten me, if it wasn't for me Rommel would still be in power, and I can just as easily put him back into power. Have you forgotten about how my men saved your daughter. Have you forgotten about the time where my men saved you and your family. Have your forgotten that the only reason you won this war, is because of me. I could have sided with Rommel, but I did not. In the northern states, the only people who were killed were my men and the people who attacked them. We came to help them and get them back on there feet, but they attacked us when we brought them aid. No innocents were killed by my men, only the ones who attacked my soldiers. All the civilians were evacuated to a safer part of the country when the violence escalated. All the SA troops who were detained have been returned to their families. We are not the enemy, the rebels who massacred my men in cold blood are. You treat me as an enemy, a monster. Well, if truly were a monster, I wouldn't have evacuated the civilians, I would have dropped a bomb and be done with it. When we are done, when the insurgents are dead, we will rebuild the homes and give the people of SA the resources to rebuild and become a better nation."

Admiral Vodovenko sends a message to Rakdia which only they can see.

" I was wondering of you would be willing to carry out a joint operation between our special forces to find Agent Russia. He is the reason all of this has happened."

Admiral sends a message to Merdson, explaining the situation in detail and telling him that no civilians were killed, only SR troops and the people who attacked them.

The Shah congratulates the royal families of Oppermenia and Rakdai. He sends them a gift and wishes them good luck in life.

In the meantime, Guy Fieri telegrams the Mersdonian government, saying that he is not taking sides and that he wants both countries to leave memedom in peace.

The Shah and Guy Fieri fly to Fieri's mansion in Flavortown, where the meeting will take place. Usually, the Shah sends diplomats, but this time he is coming personally, for he wants this meeting to solve not just the Meme War, but the entire Persia-Mersdon Conflict.

OOC: Quick backstory - Flavortown was an unnamed Irish island which was bought by America. During that time period, Guy Fieri was elected Flavortown's Mayor. When America collapsed, all of the dank meme people fled to Flavortown, which was the only area that did not collapse. As Flavortown survived unchanged, residents of Flavortown have claimed that Flavortown is the continuation of America. Thus, Guy Fieri considers himself not only as Mayor of Flavortown but also as President of the United States of America, even though he only controls Flavortown and not the mainland.

Now having heard the Admiral's response to criticisms of the occupation, the Shahbanu is not sure whether Persian foreign policy should be for or against Raznakova. Noticing that Ahmad Durrani was a bad choice for being the Persian representative in the Acren Council, she strips Durrani of his Council privileges, saying that instead of representing Persia in the Council, he will lead an independent Persian investigation into the Raznakovan occupation. When Durrani, who is in Bermuda, receives the telegram, he agrees, saying that being a council member seems boring but being a detective seems fun. This means that Fatimah Qasim is the only Persian representative in the Acren Council.

SR troops continue to engage rebel forces.

Admiral Vodovenko sends a message to Rakdia which only they can see.

"Wouldn't have been for me, we would have lost" Csaszar Rolo quotes the admiral with a scoff, "What lies he says. His blinded with his own ego that he calls himself a hero. He thinks he owns the WAU, I can see why he and Dominik-Felisten rest his soul- were such great pals."

Rolo paces around the Mansion until he stumbles upon a bust of Dyllonus. He falls on his knees before it,, "Oh high ancestor what must I do?! Things are getting out of hand in SA and I need your guidance!" the bust remains silent.

"Talk to me! Give me a sign, I can't just allow this communist nation to destroy the alliance. Can I?" The bust remains silent, but a raven flies into an open window and perches itself right on top of the bust. "What-is that you? What must I do? Should I let SR go without consequence?"

Quoth the Raven atop the bust, "Nevermore"

[Persia-Kebabistan]

A little Netherlander boy holding a box of donuts accidentally drops the box into the sea. The box then floats to Dyllonia, where it stops at Dyllonus Manor. The box is water tight, so the donuts ares still good.

The Admiral hears of what the leader of Dyllonia said of him, a smile begins to form.

"Everything is going as planned."

He pulls a cigarette out of his pocket as he reaches his office.

The Admiral requests a meeting of the leaders of the WAU, to explain the situation in the northern states. He requests the meeting take place in the capital of SA.

In the meantime, construction of the Persian Embassy in Draos and the Draosian Embassy in Persia is now completed. The Shahbanu telegrams the Draosians to let them know.

The Shahbanu declines, for Persia does not have anyone to send (the Shah is in Flavortown, the Shahbanu is staying in Persia to rule the country, the Shahpur is in Bermuda, and Fatimah Qasim and Ahmad Durrani are about to go to South Acren).

The Shahbanu also says that she is leading an independent Persian investigation into the Raznakovan occupation, as the Persian investigation will be neutral and for just the facts. The investigation will give evidence about the occupation to the WAU so they can make a decision.

Meanwhile, Durrani gets in a plane to take off for Acren.

With rebel groups having been defeated, all of the SR troops return to South Raznakova. Reconstruction of the property destroyed begins. The people evacuated return to their homes. Back at the senate, the admiral thinks of what the Dyllonic leader said. The admiral knows he is not a hero, quite the opposite actually, however, he also knows if it wasn't for the military might of his country, winning the war would have been nearly impossible.

The Admiral offers his full co-operation to the investigation.

OOC: Just to let you know, the SR troops did not commit any war crimes and did not kill any civilians.

The Shahbanu thanks the Admiral for cooperating. She says she will send 10 more Persians with Durrani. 5 of them will investigate along with Durrani, while the other 5 will do things that are not part of the investigation, like guarding the investigators and cooking for them. Each Persian will have their own trailer (supplied by Persia) and they will be driving around the area. The Shahbanu says that in order to keep the investigation neutral, they will reject help from both Acrenians and Raznakovans unless there is no other option.

She discloses this investigation to the WAU, saying that with the evidence they collect, the WAU can come to a decision on the Raznakovan occupation. She asks permission from both the WAU and Raznakova to check out secret areas, like military bases. Persia says that all evidence will be disclosed to the WAU and they do not want the WAU or Raznakova to conceal anything.

The Shahbanu also says that to prevent bias and to prevent people from thinking that the results are just the Shahbanu's opinion, the investigation is independent from the Persian government. Though the government ordered an investigation to start, it had no say in its nature or how it works. However, independent people have verified that it is not biased.

The 10 Persians get in a plane and start flying to Acren.

OOC: I know, but the thing is, we need to roleplay people realistically, and realistically, they would ignore everything the opposition says and listen to everything their side says, even if the opposition is right. OOC, we are aware that the Raznakovans are trying to treat Acrenians well, but IC, all of the characters are biased.

OOC: Acren, can we do this thing where during the investigation, the Persian investigators are lost and bump into Agent Russia but they do not know it is Agent Russia? And then after that, they never see him again.
