The Emperor agrees to peace talks, but on the condition that Guy Fieri is the mediator. He can bridge the meme chasm into which so much scheisseposting has gone.

The Imperial Government has denounced the SR invasion of the northern states from Oppermenian Canada, especially when 5 million Mersdon and WAU soldiers were in the region during Unit 46's operations. Although he cannot fault SR for defending itself when they were fired upon, they had precipitated a massive humanitarian catastrophe and had "practically ended all goodwill towards the WAU in general for over 20 years", at least. Since Mersdon had seized the West Coast up to the Rockies, it was technically up to them to enforce the WAU's will and to keep the peace in its territories. The Imperial Government warns South Raznakova that although it does not want war, if the SR units move over the Canadian border without the Emperor's permission into Mersdon's mandate, then the Imperial Military will open fire to defend itself and its mandate. Benedict on Sea sends three new battlefleets, five new air wings, and 1.5 million soldiers to the Americas. The Imperial Military is put on high alert about a potential attack from SR. Finally, the Emperor hands Mitchell Opperman a handwritten letter before they depart Bermuda on their respective replacement aircraft. Inside, it asks the King to ask for the SR military to leave Canada, or at least make them promise to not operate west of the Rockies unless asked to by the Imperial Government. The last letter in the envelope is a formal letter of congratulations about the twins' birth, and asks about the feasibility of holding a new, less interrupted meeting in Benedict-on-Sea. A copy of the invitation is sent out to all of the world's leaders via undecryptable cables.

In the meantime, a massive coup d' etat has been executed in Belgium, which has declared its independence from Mersdon and has asked for protection from Persia-Kebabistan and other nations eager for a new territory from the WAU. The revolt in Korea was partially successful; but only managed to seize Pyongyang and parts of North Korea. The rebels and the Korean Army have stalemated at the DMZ in the meantime, whilst Malaysia is currently dealing with an uprising linked to Taschist emigres. Taiwan, the occupied Philippines, and Japan are revolt-free, since the traitors in the Imperial Guards were caught by the IGSN after their conversation with the rebel HQ and were jailed for life. The Fifth Fleet was near Istanbul; the Mersidonians asked for permission to use Persian Istanbul to recapture the fleet; after which it would sail away from the Bosphorus. KT was re-established in Romania, whilst the SIxth Army was forced out of Budapest by Bordurian loyalists and into Transylvania. Since this situation is a violation of Mersdon's sovereignty and is a threat to the world, due to the possibility of terrorists growing in the wars, Mersdon asks for WAU intervention.

The Shah lets them through on the condition that they are monitored and guarded by the Turkish Navy, that they do not attack or do harm to Istanbul, that the battle is done away from Istanbul, and that Mersdon pays a tariff amounting to 5% of the total value of the items aboard the ships.

The Shah also says that if they want to go into the Black Sea in the future, they need Persian permission and to pay the tariff. The Shah says that if the Mersdonians starts intruding onto Persian interests, they will deny access.

The Shah does not respond to the Belgian proposal. Mersdon is a military power, so Revolutionary Belgium is bound to lose. By supporting them, he would open his country to defeat. He decides to lay low and see what happens and then decide what to do.

[South Raznakova]

Admiral Vodovenko sends a message to Merdson, stating he has no intention of going into Canada. He also states that they did not predict what would happen, which is why in the beginning only two battalion was assigned to each state, however this change after the attacks.

The Shahpur writes a letter to Agent Russia. It says that he would like to help, but there is an epidemic of cringey normie disease in Persia, and sending out Persians will spread the disease. He also says that Raznakova is a military power allied with Persia so helping the Acrenians would turn a military power against them.

He says he will try and persuade each leader to end the occupation. He will persuade them one at a time in private so no one will know his plans of turning the WAU against the conflict.

He does not know how to get the letter to Agent Russia, so he memorizes the letter and then burns it in his plane's engine. When the time comes, he will write the letter again and send it to Agent Russia.

Admiral Vodovenko says again that the only reason this is taking place is because SA citizens attacked troops who came to help them, and the only people in the northern states are the rebels who attacked the SR troops. The rebels started this, not South Raznakova.

NASHVILLE TENNESSEE, SOUTH ACREN

Things were weird sense Rommel's defeat; for the first time in a while Micheal Carrel and his family could leave the annex and show their faces. Their old Nashville home was well cared for while they were in hiding due to a few native Acrenese friends they made who helped them out. Another thing was the constant police they saw in the city had vanished and confusion and fear just ranged in the city.

He had heard the news; South Raznakovan forces attacking Acrenese citizens for their guns and anything they found as contraband. Micheal was afraid, but nobody else could see. What if they came down south to take our homes he thought, what if they murder every last Tennessean here?. This was a scary thought, he had been against Communism for most of his life, now communist soldiers were closer then ever. He had heard of Stalin's Purge, of Mao's faminous reign, and of Lenin's massacre of the Tsar of Russia. All of this brought fear to him, what is stopping these soldiers from killing every Acrenian in existence, only time can tell...

Russia, who has waited for help long enough, sighs. "That's it. I am done waiting. They ain't gonna help us, America. I knew they wouldn't. Alright so i guess its time we resort to the finial option." One hour later a video is released to the World. "So, Good job keeping the peace. Thanks to you all in the WAU, innocent people died and many more lost their homes. As I speak thousands of people are probably going to die because none of you wanted to help. You know this is slightly ironic as I believe it was YOU Mitchell, who said "We want to help the South Acren people, not Oppress them..." kinda ironic isn't it? Well this is the last time you will see of me. Not because i died...No because me and my partners are going to go find our old team. Anything you want to say Delta?" Russia walks off screen and Delta appears. "I cannot believe the amount of uncaring that has come from all of you. I have already warned as many Rebels as I can but it is not enough. Thanks to you all, innocents will die. I hope you all are happy. Final note, Of all people I though you would understand Mitchell. Considering that your people have at least suffered through a dictatorship, I would of thought that you would help us. I hope you are happy..." Off screen Russia yells. "Come on Delta we are done here..." With that the video ends.

The blast is detonated in a remote area with few soldiers, only 1000 are killed and 100 vehicles destroyed , however they are quickly replaced.

OOC : I think the point is that you carried out the casualties, does not matter who started it, your forces attacked civilians, even if it was to protect themselves and the only possible solution, then heat would still be taken.

Rakdaic tells Mersdon to leave all the western states, stating that "this occupation is condemned, South Acren needs to start anew. And that means th they need all their land".

Back at the meeting place, Premier Mitchell ignores Durrani and leaves back to Oppermanson to spend time with family.
Meanwhile, Oppermenian forces in SA begin the first steps in creating the Federal Council of South Acren, as well as regional governments.
In all of the chaos, this is one of the first steps to rebuilding SA into a strong democracy for the people.
And, in this first sign of rebirth and rebuilding, Prince Kevin’s wife Ionia gives birth to their twins, one boy and one girl.
The boy is born as Mitchell Sakhalin Matthew Krai Opperman, and the girl born as Natalie Kaolin Ionia Krai Opperman.
There may be a rough road ahead, but if the birth of these beautiful twins is any sign, then this shows that SA will be reborn beautifully, however long the road may be.

The WAU Council releases a statement.
"We never meant for anyone to die, or for any of this to happen. This is not our doing. This is the doing of one belligerent nation - South Raznakova. SR's actions have been uncalled for. We never wanted a dictatorship on SA after being ruled by a dictatorship for so many years. SR operated on their own, and are not representative of the WAU as a whole. And, unless SR starts taking the same foreign affairs position as the WAU, then they will face the consequences."

Rakdaic tells Mersdon to leave all the western states, stating that "this occupation is condemned, South Acren needs to start anew. And that means th they need all their land".

The Imperial Government telegrams Rakdai back with a terse “no”. As far as Mersdon is concerned, they are on the West Coast to keep the peace in line with the WAU’s wishes (and besides, South Acren let me occupy the West Coast up until the Rockies until he asked for it back). Mersdon will not back down until the Federal Council is formed and is stable, and when the occupied zone can feed and sustain itself again. For that purpose, $200 billion N$ in aid and grants have been delivered to the residents of the occupied zone. Since Mersdon’s seat on the Federal Council is empty, the Emperor appoints Crown Prince Willem as Mersdon’s representative in the Council and holds an election for the West Coast’s local councils and state governments. The Imperial Government takes back the Fifth Fleet with 15,000 marines, air support, and artillery. Most of the fleet exits the Bosporus, paying the requisite fees, but a small detachment and 10,000 marines stay in the Black Sea to reinstall order in Borduria.
