"Okay … well we need to make sure our allies attack SA at the same time from all sides after defenses are weakened, so SA would be scrambling what to do. They may then use WMDs, but when all of us are attacking them, it'll be hard to wipe one country completely off the map," Premier Mitchell explains. In the Kormany, war room, Csaszar Rolo (still sleep deprived) and Prime Minister Andy Rose meet to discuss the future of the war/

It's a pact of nations.
OOC:The West Atlantic Union. In order to join, you donate a chunk of your military. It includes shared foreign affairs, a compulsory military alliance, free trade, and open borders between member nations.

OOC: I don't know, we haven't defined that yet
I guess if you wanna join, then say you've donated a piece of your military, and have applied to join

The Admiral holds a meeting with his top advisors, asking them if South Raznakova should join the WAU. They all state that there is no need, as South Raznakova already has military and trade treaties with most of, if not all the WAU countries.

OOC: What do you mean by shared foreign affairs?

OOC: That part is also sort of vague. It normally means the WAU as a whole takes a certain position based on member nations, and member nations normally are inclined to take similar positions. Such as the compulsory military alliance, among other things like terrorism in certain countries, etc.

Admiral vodovenko sends a message to Oppermenia, saying he is interested in joining the WAU, and would be willing to donate 5% of his navy.

The Oppermenian government responds saying that Oppermenia would vouge for the SR, and get all the processes done for WAU membership.

IC: More reenforcements are being sent to buff up the defensive positions on the southern border. On the peninsula of Florida, Navel Cannons and Laser Artillery are prepared to defend against invasion.

Yup. In my Vo technical school I am training to be a mechanic soooo, slightly have less time then last year to do this. Best part of my school: Get to pick on the freshmen.

Premier Opperman will go with his Queen-consort and wife Julianna, and Prime Minister Michael Stein as well as the Deputy Prime Minister and some close advisors will attend.
OOC: Just for those that don't know, this has been going on for awhile. The Premier since GWotC pt. 2 is effectively the Monarch of Oppermenia (King), with his wife being Queen and children being named Princes and Princesses. That's why I used King for awhile, so people wouldn't get confused. Now, I'm calling him Premier again, so I'm just explaining it to avoid confusion.
