Because the Persia-Kebabistani military is bad, the Emir does not send soldiers. However, he sends many important resources to the militaries fighting the ElkPack.

Meanwhile, Daryoush rescues more refugees and brings them to Edinburgh. Upon finding out that the Thresher sank, he boards the refugees in critical condition into the other battleship while he flies the unharmed refugees to New Parsa City, which is far from the conflict. He also pays his respects to the Thresher workers who died for the refugees.

From hundreds of nautical leagues away, Emperor Willem III and his general staff listen from the intelligence officer’s desk on the island of the HMMS Benedict-on-Sea. The Emperor turns slowly around, and gives everybody a wan, tired smile. “I kinda feel like we’re the third wheel in this unlikely alliance; but the fact remains. This is it. It’s time. This may be the last time I see you all before you depart to do your part in the liberation. This war was to maintain critical freedoms for a faraway populace, but it has removed what we sought to keep from us, with the worst effects the cost in Mersidonian blood and treasure...”

Dominik nods, he turns to von Berbert and Harmenius. von Berbert looks like your traditional general, he wore his full Dyllonic light greay general uniform, a sword rested at his side, and he even wore his signature pickelhaube helmet. The two generals went to their armies and told them to prepare for war. ENFORCER and MONGOL War Tanks accompanied by many Dyllonic soldiers in Darker Gray uniforms. Dominik drew the Sword of Authority and stood in front of his armies :

"My friends, our friends to the west are seeing a moment of crisis, Dyllonia sh'all stand with them until the last breath!
We have long despised that bastard of minister Benham! And today is the day, that we finally see his head on a spike!
You are the best, and the bravest soldiers that our Empire has ever seen! Dyllonus and Ghandius would be proud to see such strength in the nation that they fought so hard to form!
We shall fight to protect them from endangering the Birodalom and her allies! Who is with me!?"

The soldiers give out a massive "WOOOOOOOO!" to answer this question/

The Emir, who was in New Parsa City when he was transmitted the offer, accepts and asks what the price is.

Meanwhile, Daryoush sends a transmission to the High Councillor of Draos. He asks if she is okay and if her family is fine.

It’s definitely not that.
They’re like a combination of viking, Canadian, and German heritage.
The wiling is more expressed in the ElksPack part of the population.

The Emir wires the money to Mersdon. He also states in order to set up a base, they need to choose a site and ask permission to build. If yes, they can build. If no, they should choose a different place.

Daryoush tells the rebels that the Persia-Kebabistani military is on its way now that it has good equipment from Draos and Mersdon. They will help the rebels.

the Draosian 1st and 5th Fleets hold their guard ready for the assault to begin. the 7th Sky corps now rest and replenished march as well.

[Mersdon]

THE EMPEROR stood on the bowsprit of his flagship. Bedecked with medals that shimmered gold in the setting sun, gold-braided epaulettes embroidered with the Imperial Crown and the crossed sabres of the Emperor, and his tasteful knee-high black Hessian boots, he cut a very imposing figure. He pulled his powder-blue képi tighter over his head and pulled his tasteful grayish-blue Marines dress coat closer together. On the horizon as the dark began to rule, he saw the bright lights of Oppermanson City. It was, even from a distance, destroyed. The urban fighting, air strikes, and naval bombardments made it so. There was just one relatively intact building visible from the freshly plated and painted deck: the Manse.
